I was sent two sweaters as a result of the online store not working correctly. I immediately called the company and was assured I would be credited. After numerous emails and proof I paid for shipping twice Woolrich would not refund their error. I will never buy a Woolrich product again.

Usually don’t leave reviews but staffs here were super friendly and accommodating! Store itself was very cool also. Chris especially was very helpful. I am glad that I stopped by.

Staff is super friendly. The manager, I think her name is Frederica was there when I visited, and she was super friendly and helpful.

This famous brand name for sports enthusiasts and outdoor types, with friendly employees, is a slam dunk. The location is great.Their product line is very good, clothing quality and durability is above average for casual items. Comparable pricing for better items. This Woolrich Store is an asset to the City of New York.
