    I love this place I travel an hour to come here and get my car serviced for an oil change and anything that I may need. The staff are honest people and extremely friendly and make sure your car has what it is suppose to. There is a Honda dealership 3 mins down the road from my house and I still drive an hour out to Woodson Honda because I trust them and know they will make sure I have any and everything I need!!!!!

    I went into the dealership looking at a used Honda Civic. I went for a test drive and the car was stuttering and clearly had a problem. The salesman (an older guy who had a very bad attitude) kept assuring me there was no problem. I told him I wasn't interested until the car was fixed or another came in like it. This is where the problem really started. He started talking down to me like I didn't know anything about cars and at one point started cursing at me. I asked to speak to a manager at which point he left. I waited for ten minutes without anyone coming to help me. I approached another sales associate who was much nicer and explained the situation. He left to go get a manager then returned explaining the manager was tied up and would have to take my number to call me. I left being frustrated and completely unhappy with how my shopping experience went. I never received a phone call from anyone and went to another Honda dealership in a different city. I've never, I repeat never, have been so upset with horrible customer service and treated so poorly by a sales person. Don't waste your time and money here.

    I have a Civic and Pilot that I purchased both from Rick Woodson over the last few years. Both buying experiences went well but their service department is horrible!!! Several times I have had issues with them over the years but we always seem to work it out. This last time was over the top though!

    I had my wife take in our Civic for it's "free" inspection sticker. We all know those things aren't free. They always find something wrong. This time it was the windshield wipers. Since I had literally just replaced them less than a month before I called BS when my wife called asking about the charge to replace them. They decided to place a rejection sticker on the car as a result.

    She brings the car home. I look over the wipers and can't find anything wrong. I take the car to a mechanic buddy who also can't find anything wrong.

    Week later I send my wife back to the dealership to tell them to look at it again and put the sticker on. This time they bring the car back out to show her the problem and the wiper blade is not only torn but hanging partially from one end. ARE YOU FREKING KIDDING ME!!! They purposely damaged the wiper blade to prove that they were right in placing a rejection sticker on the car.

    I'll be paying for my inspections here on out somewhere else. I'm my opionion there is nothing that can be done to make this right. Unethical behavior is just the beginning of many bad things. I guess I should count myself lucky it's only a wiper blade and not a transmission or something else they decided to mess with.

    Never going back! Ever!

    This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. A Aaron was honest on the phone and brought me in from 3 hours away. I was skeptical at first that they would stick to their price. He kept his word. I received a call from very polite and professional Julie as-well to thank me for my business.

    If I could I would bottle the customer service and sell it to other dealers. Everyone was very nice. The GM came out and thanked me for my business. I got a great deal and an awesome Honda.

    The other reviewers must have not dealt with Aaron. He's the new kid on the block but the future is bright for this young guy.

    I knew that on a certain date I would be purchasing a Honda to replace my Toyota. For 1 year I visited the dealership. They have a very high turnover rate of salesmen; In 1 year I dealt with 4 different people. I was very disappointed with the salesmen who sold me my vehicle. He swore up and down that I can stop by any time (call him first) and he would run my vehicle through the car wash. He refused to put this in writing but PROMISED me, this would be available. One month after my purchase I called this salesmen and he said he couldn't honor his promise. Julie Felix the manager learned of this issue and called to make the situation right. She has fantastic customer service skills. She addressed all my problems and made them right. If you ever have any issues, please let her know.
    The buying process was longer than I had hoped. I had my own (credit union) approved loan. I didn't need their financing, yet it took over THREE HOURS to do the paperwork and for me to drive off the lot with my new car. There was a lot of sitting around twiddling my thumbs. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable.

    We've purchased two pre-owned HONDA CR-V's here and are very impressed with the great customer service and honesty & integrity of the sales staff and parts and service employees. The vehicles we've purchased have proven to be well worth the cost. Great selection of new & used cars, followed by fantastic follow up and personal service by everyone we've had the pleasure of dealing with at this location! Service department works well with us and offers flexibility other dealers do not. We couldn't be happier!

    My experience was great from day 1 when I started with Woodson. Esoecially with Gray, he was able to give me prompt feedbacks with each inquiry I made until the day the I purchased the car. Even now when i have a query. Thanks to Woodson helping me out to settle in Roanoke.
