What does every couple do after one year of marriage? That's right, you add a small business to your already hectic life! It didn't take long after getting married to realize we couldn't afford the furniture sold in the beautiful stores downtown. With Emily's passion for decorating/design and my craftsmanship, we have found our passion in creating handmade furniture! Our pieces fit the personalities of our clients and do so without breaking the bank!

It started out with our engagement. My apartment was bare and, well let's face it, a man lived there. So as I promised her a lifetime of happiness, which brings along a lifetime of comfortability in the home. I built our first piece, the X-Frame coffee table. I felt it was a step in creating a home that Em would fall in love with as this big life transition approached quickly.

As we settled into our home, so did many of our friends and family members. It was one night when surrounded by all the pieces we had created, that I realized I am attached to every single one. Each piece is dear to me as they helped create our very first home together. That is what we want for the projects we create for our clients! We hope our pieces are surrounded by laughter, fellowship, and love!

We have based our business on a central verse. Colossians 3:17 states, "Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father." He is the reason we are here, and we strive that in everything we do in life, it is for His glory. From our marriage, jobs, education, and now our business, we give Him all the praise!
