Brought my engagement ring in to be resized horrible mistake. When it was returned to me it was not the same ring. The metal was thinner and weaker (bent within the first day of wearing it) and also the jeweler took it upon himself to change the finish on the band. I had it fixed by someone else and expected Wolfson's to pay for the damages and repairs but he refused and was very nasty about it. A bad businessman and absolutely zero customer service given at this establishment. I am now having to go to small claims court to seek payment.

Wolfson Jewelers is a family-owned and operated company that has been providing Plymouth, and the central New Hampshire region, with quality jewelry repair and sales for the past 30 years.

Wolfson Jewelers is my favorite spot in town for quality vinyl records and musical equipment. The staff is helpful and remarkably friendly.

Talked to owner on phone told him I had turquoise jewelry I wanted to sell. described it and he told me he'd buy it for 75.00. I went down and he changed his mind and offered me 30.00 dollars..It was the same necklace. He's a rip-off and I swear on my mothers grave, that I won't step foot in Wolfson's Jewelers again. To purchase or sell.

Great guy. Went in for a simple watch band shortening and was helped by a wonderful, welcoming, gentleman. Will definitely return to purchase a gift or two for the holidays.
