Truck shows up, garbage goes away. Billing site is effective and there's good communication about pick up date changes for holidays. I've used their service for several years now, and have never had a reason to complain about anything up to this point in time.

For 5 full weeks this summer (2021) all of us on the rural route including Heritage and Marquette Roads in rural Green Lake Co. have gone without service. Waste Management still bills us. We are left calling and waiting 20-30 minutes on hold to talk to someone in another state about adjusting our bill. They need to pay the drivers much better and stop sponsoring multi-million dollar PGA golf tournaments.
