Don’t expect your containers to ever arrive, was told to put the garbage on the curb and it would be picked up…. Still waiting 3 days later for can delivery and garbage pick up. No one knows what’s going on when you call, and if they tell you that they are going to escalate, they really don’t because you don’t get anywhere.

Put out trash and recycling this week with 4 biodegradable bags of leaves. It's yard waste week according to their calendar. Took trash n recycling but no yard waste. Had to drag yard waste back to my garage because it's supposed to rain tonight and you know what happens to paper bags in the rain. This has happened before and now I have to figure out what I am going to do with them. Terrible operation!

They keep cutting back on what they will take. Ppl have started dumping to get rid of trash.

Terrible. Have one trash can to put everything in for double the cost of our old trash company. Can’t put anything else out that won’t fit in the trash can

Horrible service. After having them for over five years, they decided not to pick up my garbage yesterday because, all of a sudden, I'm not putting my garbage out correctly. I was given a 92 gallon bin but now am only to put one garbage bag in it. They left a note refusing to pick up my garbage. I called to speak with them and was told to call three different branches - customer service, the escalation line and dispatch. I was to receive a call back within the hour from the escalation manager - they never called me. I was supposed to receive a call from dispatch by 6:00 PM - they never called me. Now I have garbage sitting at the end of my driveway and it probably won't be picked up next week. They actually told me to go through it all and put it in one bag. I've put my garbage out the same way for all of these years but now it has to change. I will be calling waste management on Tuesday (after the holiday) and cancelling my services. All-in-all, it's been a horrible experience. Years of loyalty means nothing to this companyand their prices are about $30 more than other companies that service the area and they don't even offer as many benefits as the others! My word of advise, do not sign up with Waste Management!
