Reliable. Automatic bill pay stellar. Notifications come in a timely manner no matter the content, ie, weather delay, bill pay, etc.. except for when my rates were raised I didn't get that memo.
Would not recommend waste management. Currently waiting on trash removal on September 7th that has been missed multiple times, last date of service was Aug 23rd. Call daily and submit tickets requesting service and requests to talk to Supervisor with no return calls. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months minimum.
no issues since I changed over to WM, my pick up is like clockwork every week.
Willing to work with me on their pricing. Always polite, Service is on time. If any changes occur, I am notified online. Thank You
Going on my 3rd week with no trash pick up and no answers. HOURS spent on the phone with customer support has yielded the following; hung up on, put on hold for 20+ minutes to be picked up by another rep and forced to start my complaint over because I mistakenly not transferred to the right supervisor and empty promises of a "guarantee" next day pick up. Escalation to an operations manager by the name of Joe yielded the same, with a "this is unacceptable service from us, and your trash will be picked up tomorrow" but then the day goes by and my trash still sits at the road. I am happy to see that the rest of my neighbors have also chosen to dump this service, full green bins sit at the road waiting for the last pick up. With new Granger, Republic Services, and Butchers Disposal bins sitting close by. Please reconsider your choice of WM if you have any other options.
