Exemplary service but it’s almost beyond our budget. If the fees go up again, we’ll have to stop.
Great service, friendly drivers and very respectful of our property and containers. A little pricey but we think the extra cost is worth the service they provide.
We set up new service at our new home, this company delivered the bin when they said they would and has been on time weekly for pickup. I signed up online and it was easy and we have had no issues.
We have been using Waste Management for our local trash service in rural Linn County for over 11 years. We have been consistently disappointed by the cost and quality of service. They are charging more than the competition and don't offer recycling service at all in our location. We have had many missed pickups that they did nothing to resolve. Their prices have gone up repeatedly and significantly over the last 10 years. They keep adding extra fees and charges. When we finally got fed up and changed services, they told us they would charge us another $52 to pick up their container. We paid this final bill then got another bill for a late fee, even though we paid the pickup fee over a week before it was due. Waited on hold for half an hour with customer service to get them to remove the bogus late fee. When I finally got to talk to someone they were very friendly and helpful and agreed to remove the late fee, but I am still upset at having to waste so much time and effort on this. Dropping to 1 star. They earned it! I strongly recommend you avoid this company. There are better service providers in the area.
We have been using Waste Management for several years. HOA in Johnson county. We started having billing issues in July of 2018 and I am still working on getting these resolved 8 months later. Customer service is very poor. Long hold times, no one returns calls when they say they will. I have been told my issues were taken care of only to find the same incorrect charges on our next bill. Credits I was told were issued, never were. Recently in the last few weeks they have been skipping houses in our neighborhood with no call or explanation. When calling into customer service to ask why and request credit for skipped pickups, I am getting nowhere. Save yourself the hassle and go with another local service if you have the choice. I’m finding other services are about a 30% cost savings too.
