Very reliable and easy to work with. Trash always picked up on time, including taking extra items when we need.

They pick up my garbage and recyclables. They are reliable and clean. Their fees for additional item pickups are high.

Never had any complaints with our service. And for me, customer service was always willing to work with me and even match a proposal price from another contract in my neighborhood.

Recently our bills had gone up and included a Fuel/Environmental charge line item (in excess of $50) that continued to increase every billing cycle. That is in addition to the service fee. We were also charged for a bulk pick up when we had previously never been charged. When calling to schedule the pick up, there was no mention that they added a fee now. We found out about it on our bill. Instead of waiving the fee for poor communication, we were given a $10 credit. Upon calling to cancel service, we were then charged a $75 just to have the receptacles picked up! RIDICULOUS! The person on the phone stated that the bills show the important note with the fees but I have a copy of my invoice and the note is NOT there! I will NEVER recommend WM to anyone!

This service provided trash and recycling pick-up on a regularly scheduled basis. They are very consistent in their services. Have used their services for over 30 years and they never disappoint!
