The employees here are super friendly and the wait was short. They got my height wrong on my initial license printout that they gave me, so I drove back to have them correct it and they were really nice about it and didn't make me wait in line again.

Hello , you should seroiusly think of improving the means of commute from east side to the west side and vice-versa.
The bus service takes more than 2 hours with multiple transfers.

Motor carrier service has gotten horrible. They want everything done online, but there online service is junk. Costing thousands a year in fees to run commercial vehicles but the dmv motor carrier offer cheep crappie service.

I want a job for the DOT. Put a sign with little orange flags to change lane information but don't change the old signs. It's OK because public safety doesn't matter. A half @$$ job is acceptable for government workers. Over paid if you ask me. If I did my job like they can I'd be fired. Time for change and hold our government departments and workers to the same standards the general public is. I called to report this. Told he's in and available and I get a voice mail. Probably planning another half @$$ project with our tax dollars. Do your jobs and do it right. Public Safety matters to the public.

The system went down today when I was at the desk getting things taken care of. The lady I worked with was very kind and said that I could come back later and she would help me to finish the transaction. I ended up coming back a few hours later and she even remembered my name! Very impressed especially with how many people she probably saw today! Thank you lady at desk #7!
