They allow you to prepay on your account and get daily usage texts, but on this plan if the amount in your account reaches zero there is no grace period at all. No notification. No switching to a monthly bill plan and sending you a bill. They immediately shut off the power and only send a text saying that you are approaching cutoff or being cutoff HOURS after the fact. It's ridiculous. Most of the time I've already realized it, called, and had money put on the account LONG before I ever even get a pending disconnect notification.
