It really blows my mind that this place has positive reviews. Visiting this place was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was straight up rude. Cold, distant, and they pointedly ignored me in favor of the people who walked in behind me because they were dressed all fancy. Refused to even say hello to me, like I was trash.
The food sucked. It was terrible. Almost as bad as their smoothies.
And I find it funny that of every coffee shop in Taos, this place, the internet cafe, has the worst internet. Couldn't even load Google. Oh and good luck getting the password, they sure don't make that easy.
I can't express enough how much I hate this place, and how shocked I am that there are any good reviews. I mean, personal experiences aside, how the hell does an "internet cafe" without internet have good reviews??
So very nice place Pleasant staff. It's one of the few places people can still hang out
Beautiful space to go and work. Internet is sometimes spotty and the coffee is a bit above moderate, but a good place to spend time.
Very interesting clientele. Intellectual environment, with an artistic counter culture feal.
Awesome atmosphere and great people. My only complaint (and it's small) is that the drinks are not made the same with each employee. As a local, you learn their schedules and try to go in accordingly.
Burritos are very good but skip the quiche! Serving is tiny tiny and the side of greens is a tiny pile of lettuce with no dressing!
I absolutely love the vibe. Very big, lots of corners to hide and drink your coffee or read a book.
Best place to get something to drink and relax! This is my go to spot when needing to meet with people, relax, read, homework and even business work.
It was full of fly's. The light roast coffee was was actually medium.
Cool place to chill. Has a very DIY feel to it. They ran out of food, and it was only noon. Dude at the register wasn't the most friendly guy. Told us we couldn't get what we wanted (because they didn't have it), but never gave an explanation. Just kind of stood there. Got a bagel and a coffee.
Can't judge the food, but I wouldn't recommend going to this place if your looking for stellar service. Cool place to check out though if you like a homey/quirky/DIY feel.
Most beautiful coffee shop spot in Taos. Beautiful gardens, seating and fish pond. Great coffee. Great place for meeting with friends, meeting for work and doing so e creative writing.
Great staff. Good coffee. Good selection of local artwork. Chill environment..
