The condo was great! Nice location within walking distance of downtown, and while the condo we were in wasn't the most updated, it was cozy and comfortable. The biggest problem was with the management company. Check-in was a bit of a mess, with no one at the office either time we dropped by. We got locked out of the condo because the keys didn't work and they didn't seem very interested in helping us solve the problem. 5 Stars for the condo, 2 Stars for the management company.

We loved Winterpoint. It was so close to downtown and to hiking paths, etc. Additionally, the kids really enjoyed the playground and pool. Our unit had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be back.
