Very nice, clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. The main lobby is spacious with a bar and a sitting area for breakfast.
It seems very new, though some small details feel rushed. My room had a loose baseboard tile and the shower faucet handle had the hot and cold indicators backwards.
By far below the normal Holiday Inn standards. Hotel and room were nice or it would have been a negative 2. Don't visit the cafeteria they call a restaurant/bar. $7.50 a beer and $9 and shot. Food?? Can't get what you order because a multi billion dollar company can't order food to fill the menu. So just ask them to fix whatever they might have. Then when you say "That's not what I ordered" It the paying customers fault and then you get nothing but excuses. $45. And I had to walk next door and get $6 Burger King. Not cool. Won't ever be back.
A long night of driving had to stop!
A nice clean hotel is what we needed
This hotel is brand new! Clean and friendly service!!
The hotel was in a perfect location close to the interstate and dining. It had a nice hotel bar. I loved the modern feel and decor of the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The mattress was very comfortable. The overall cleanliness was excellent.
Stayed for 4 days on business. My company paid for the hotel stay but they needed a credit card on file for incidentals. I was reluctant but they insisted so I gave them my debit card. I asked them to make sure NOT to charge my personal credit card for the room since they had a corporate card on file for that. After the 1st night I noticed the charge and asked them to stop charging my card. The next day they charged my card again for the next night! After the 3rd day after calling the front desk for over 30 minutes they finally changed the cards on file.. My final bill shows they have billed the corporate card for the stay but they still have not released my funds (over $250 on hold) and this occurred 5 days ago. The entire restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. Mike at front desk was very nice but I dont have any confidence in their management, therefore the 1 star rating. This has still not been resolved as of 1-22-2018.
This hotel is now a Holiday Inn. They have finished there renovations and it's beautiful. Full service hotel. Small menu but the food is very good. Nice beds, soft pillows and comfy blankets. This Holiday accepts clc cards. Will definitely stay again when I'm in this area.
Currently being remodeled and re branded into the Holiday Inn. Nice new comfortable room and bed. There was spilled food in the elevator at night and was still there in the morning which was very gross. Breakfast was underwhelming. Overall a good experience but they just need to get it down and be great.
Staff lets guest's kids run up and down the halls and doesn't say anything. Rooms are in poor condition. Breakfast and dinners are a joke. Coffee is horrid.
The room was adequate. The whole hotel looks like it wasn't finished being built or something. I think they are in the middle of a remodel but there is no active work being done. Many things are in a mild state of disrepair. The TV in my room hangs at an odd angle and upon further inspection I realized it's because the mount is not tightened on the wall. Breakfast is free and pretty standard. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc.
While the hotel itself isn't bad. However, the internet is TERRIBLE!! That's not even an acceptable word for how bad it is. I'm connected and can't even connect to a webpage. I called the front desk and they told me "it's probably because the hotel is full". No, it's because the hotel is cheap and didn't invest in a half way passable Internet backbone. A lot of hotels get full and they're just fine regarding internet access. This is very disappointing and I will not be staying in thus hotel, or any other from this brand if this is what I can expect. First time outside of the big three and it gave me no reason to change.
Converting to holiday inn. No one said anything when we booked. Everything is half done. Our room was half remodeled. Breakfast area was a joke. You would think that when you are reserving a room they would mention that, or at least discount room. They also said yes we could cancel, hit lose 50 percent of our deposit.
Did not tell us when we booked that they are going under a remodel. Our room was half done. Also the free breakfast was not good at all. They had one waffle iron for the whole place. Your other choice was powdered eggs and bacon. Bagels and some fruit. Not worth the price. Maybe better once the renovations are done.
The hotel was undergoing rennovation. Even so, it was a nice experience. The bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that a heated pool and spa was advertised on the website, but the pool was not heated and there was no spa.
Currently under renovation. Rooms are nice if completed. My room had the outer door handle and hall carpet covered in spackle dust and the hallway smelled of vinyl from the new wallpaper. Ceiling access panels in room were also open and water pressure was low.
