  We think we have become pretty avid travelers as seniors but we need at address issues at the brand hotels. We stayed at the Wingate Fayetteville, NC and have encountered several concerns. The cable changes channels without notice, the safe will not work, the microwave sticks so badly you cannot open, there is visible wear and tear to the bathtub caulking that requires a simple fix.
  
  The staff, I must say are very friendly and will ask whenever asked. Jasmine was a true joy to speak with and a great help. She also kept us informed of the hotels resources and outcomes of concerns.
  
  Overall I am giving the hotel a 3 as I don’t believe I would stay at this location again.

  Clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, plenty of parking, free breakfast. Within walking distance to many restaurants.

  Nice, clean and safe place. Have restaurants and food available nearby. We could get Marcos Pizza delivered late night around 11pm when we reached hotel. Stayed only for a night but slept well, even after stressful all day journey (white running away from hurricane Irma, came from Florida). Beds and pillows are comfortable, bathroom could be little clearer. Good place to stay with family.

  Next to a good restaurant and nice rooms for the price point. Close to the base with easy access to Bragg Blvd.

  Hotel is very accommodating. Was here for a concert on Fri. But got stuck with hurricane Matthew. We never lost power but did loose water. But they have us bottled water.

  Stayed here twice now. Reasonable rates, clean and decent breakfast spread for overnight guests. Plenty of parking onsite and easy access to nearby installations.

  The hotel was very nice, clean and the front desk clerk was very hospitable even at 2 am. :-) The bed was the best I have slept in, in a longtime. We didn't get to try the breakfast bar since we slept in. At 10:30 in the morning the coffee was still fresh. If ever in the area again, definitely worth staying.

  The hotel was conveniently located in town with easy access to everything. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the room very comfortable. I was not ready to leave. I would definitely stay there again.

  The lamp in my room on the left side didn't work. The iron didn't work and the ironing board was very unstable. The phone I tried to use next to the bed it didn't work and when i realized that there was a phone on the desk I was already packed and ready to go. When I went to the front desk to tell the lady she responded by saying "I'm sorry that it didn't work, I'll let maintenance know. If you would have told us we could have brought you one." I'm already behind schedule for work and I couldn't iron my clothes and now I'm in jogging pants and a t-shirt and feel like they really don't give a damn because of what I'm wearing. I didn't have time to even get what I needed and neither of the people at the desk seemed concerned and I'm quite sure the manager was behind the desk with the woman I initially spoke with. Hopefully you stay will be better.
