  They have the BEST Nashville hot chicken. And if that’s not your thing, they have incredible chicken tenders and a variety of sauces, all of which are delicious. But be warned, they’re hot sauces are dangerous. Get the TNT or Son of TNT on the side if you’re feeling adventurous, but I prefer to stick with the Hot or Sweet Heat.

  My first time trying this place and I am not impressed. First off the price online is false advertising. I get all the way across town and they did not give me all my wings. The girl that answered the phone said do you want to come back for your one wing. Then she said well there is nothing I can do about it. She was rude and talk to me like she did me a favor and not that I paid my hard earned money in that establishment. This was the worst mistake of my life giving this business my time and money. Oh yeah and my food is cold. If I felt like making this ride back over there I would give them this bull back and get my money back..

  Wings not good. Thin sauce, barely coated. Sandwiches were not well put together. Service took about 45 minutes for 2 people.

  7 months ago, this was a 5 star review. Since that time, their customer service and food quality has gone so far downhill that I have to revise my review to 1 star.
  
  I received the incorrect order, and asked for my correct order to be remade. They refused to remake the food.
  
  I cannot stress enough how rude and unprofessional the staff were, nor how flippantly the manager handled the situation.
  
  Wing Basket used to be one of the highlights of my weekend. It will be no longer.

  They used to be efficient and friendly, but now their customer service is lacking. When I finally got my order 25 minutes after calling it in, my fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries, and was told "6 minutes". 23 minutes later I got some more fries. At that point, my chicken wings were cold. Rather than spending another 30 minutes of my life at the restaurant, I'll just put them in the oven when I get home. I wasn't the only annoyed customer that had to wait much longer than they should have. It's sad, because this place has really good wings.

  Awesome service! All the food was fresh. The seasoned fries were great. The wings were the best we've had! We wish there was a way to tip if you pay by card cause the guy running the counter deserves it. Will definitely be back!

  I love this place, and I genuinely think it tastes way better than Prince's. Their chicken has actual flavor throughout and their rubs and sauces are awesome too. Prince's tasted kinda bland when you got to the meat and it was really just a mess to eat.

  First and last time going here!! I ordered 30 wings and they charge me for ranch and they didn't even give me none with my order another thing they rachet ass hell in here talking about drugs , guns ,and etc people going in and out bringing other business food in plus the damn wings wasn't even good wasn't my money better off going to wingstop

  The food is ok, although the service is horrible. Multiple times we have ordered to go and gotten home to find multiple items missing. When called to ask about replacements, instead of asking how then can make it ok, they just give tons of excuses and attitude. I would say eat there, because by the time you get home and go back to get a large part of the order, which you paid for and is listed on the recipe, the food is cold and gross. Also if I was management, I would suggest investing in a customer service training program and a method of double checking to go orders to insure accuracy.

  Perfect wing place. Love that they don't use jumbo wings, makes the wings crisper and have better flavor.
