What a great group of people! The staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure your car fits your needs. Never had I experienced such a high value on customer service from a dealership, which was amazing to have while searching for a replacement vehicle. *16-JUNE; ALL CONCERNS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AT THIS TIME AS THERE ARE NO FURTHER COMPLAINTS OR ISSUES.

I would strongly encourage anyone who negotiates a sale - any sale - to first to get everything and every condition or caveat in writing in order to further avoid any confusion or any legitimate issues regarding the sale of a used vehicle or the presented condition of said "used vehicle" in a sale that is presented in an "AS-IS" condition - with no implied warranties whatsoever.

I attribute this dispute to a certain vehicle mechanic who is employed exclusively by this particular used car lot - who has by means of his own - not exhibited any competence in his profession and to negatively impact the business organization from which he is affiliated, either directly or indirectly.

The only reason why the name of this individual is not included in this report is because I don't possess one of his business or calling cards.

Both Mr. Dennis Volpendesta & his business colleague, Mr. Jason Kirichkow were instrumental in getting this dispute resolved in a prompt & a timely manner. I would like to commend them both in the excellence of their abilities towards the shared goals and values/priorities in customer service & customer satisfaction.
