The lady who answer's the phone is always friendly. I had a lot of windows replaced and the price they give can not be beat. Saved lots of money on heat during the winter. The man who installed the windows is very friendly and professional. He showed up to my house on time and had the windows installed rather quickly. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Window town assured me that the double pane windows, while not as efficient as the triple pane windows would be far superior to the 1950's single pane that I had. They sent ONE person to install 14 windows. With my assistance unloading, installing and loading old windows to be disposed of, the job took 3 days. Multiple complaint calls were unanswered. Nearly 2 years later (today) the same installer came out and assured me that everything was up to Window town standards. The installer is a subcontractor and I hold no blame or responsibility toward him. He advised that further complaints would fall on deaf ears. I'd be lucky to speak to anyone outside of the woman who answers the phone. My windows are drafty as proven by smoke from a burnt match on a windy day. As far as the glass insulation itself (not including the window casing) the radiant cold is no better than my single pane windows. Several thousand dollars and nearly two years later, I was advised that I got what I got. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. VERY ODD how the owner responds only to positive reviews.

Window Town just completed installing new windows in my home. Sales girl was personable and answered my questions. The installer was efficient and cleaned up after he put the windows in. Highly recommended.

Never do biz here. Their windows are comparable to all others. However, their work is shoddy, they have unprofessional installers and disappearing sales reps. Elaine is the only person to speak to live and she is rude and unreliable, if not an actual liar, abt schedule.
