I have been going to Dr. Wilson for over 20 years, he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I have referred others to him, and they have been very pleased.
He's a nice doctor and the staff is very nice. But he's not a good dentist at all. I've gone to him a few times. He's had to pull my tooth and give me a root canal. He doesn't give antibiotics before knowing the tooth is infected. Which every dentist should know not to do do any surgical procedure unless you treat the infection first. He was checking my teeth and he put is fingers on the tooth with no gloves. That's very nasty , unsanitary, he should know better. I took a dental class. He doesn't have all the covers on the equipment like he should.
He touches everything with his gloves on and then proceed to do the work in your mouth.
I need a replacement tooth. He wanted to charge me 1600. He offered for me to pay a portion in cash upfront. Then May the remainder when he put the replacement tooth in. Then go through my insurance to see if they would pay for it. His reception told him he needs to take ex-ray of the tooth to send to the insurance company first along with some information about my tooth. He didn't want to do that. He just wanted my money in cash.

Dr. Wilson is wonderful, however his office manager is not. My husband went to his appointment on time but discovered once he arrived that he had lost his credit card. He wanted to get a later time and was told that was not possible. He was told that he had to pay the $50.00 fee for missing his appointment. He was not offered to have the procedure done and then get billed or even bring in the payment right after. He was told that the fact he lost his card was not any fault of the doctor, he missed his appointment. I tried to reason with the office manager however she would not budge. I expressed to her that this in my opinion was bad customer service. We have been patients of that doctor for many years and surely this issue could have been resolved by allowing the procedure to happen and payment would be forthcoming. We live three blocks from the dentist and the bank is even closer. My husband was going to get a temp card or the cash to make the payment. However as I said, the office manger would not allow it. This is too bad for both. Now we have to find another dentist and they have lost great patients. Not to mention a bad review with google as well as the provider. I understand that people take advantage of doctors and simply don't show up or call but my husband was there and ready. She could have offered to do the procedure and all would have had a great day.
The staff was friendly ,I was impressed with the way Dr Wilson treats his patients,I would recommend him to all my friends.
I enjoyed the hygienist and dentist were all very friendly. Wasnt crowded at all and was seen at the time of my appointment.
Best dentist experience ever.
I was very reluctant to go to the dentist but needed assistant quickly. I was able to get a appointment in 2 days. Dr. Wilson and his staff were very professional, helpful, understanding and kind. But most of all the experience of having a unplanned extraction was superb if anyone could imagine that at a dentist office. Would highly recommend his services.
I was pleased with the service I received as well as my son. Thx Dr. Wilson, also his assistant who did the cleaning was great!
