From the moment we first stepped inside Willowdale Estate we loved it. After looking at other venues, my now husband and I could not get Willowdale out of our heads, we knew we had to get married there. From the beginning of the whole process the staff at Willowdale was responsive and attentive to details and questions. We had booked Willowdale two years out in order to lock in a Saturday evening in September, they book very quick! Leading up to a year out as small questions came they were always answered immediately by staff at Willowdale. We were able to attend wedding open houses to get a feel for an event there. These events are highly recommended if you are considering getting married at Willowdale. This also allowed us to meet some of the vendors we might have considered for our wedding day and gave us ideas for decor and set up.
As it got closer to our wedding day, we were assigned Amy as our wedding coordinator. Amy was very attentive to detail and accommodating with meeting times both in person and over the phone. Amy had every single detail and minute of the wedding discussed which led to a flawless execution the day of. She was calm, knowledgable and helpful in every aspect. Everything was perfect the day and night of our wedding. Amy had drinks for the bridal party immediately following the ceremony and snacks for my husband and I as soon as we finished our pictures before heading into cocktail hour. Amy kept track of my husband and I throughout the night to let us know when the big moments were coming, dances, speeches, dinners served etc. She worked with all of my vendors that day so I did not have to worry about orchestrating a thing! When rain (more like torrential downpour) unexpectedly hit during the reception the staff closed the sides of the tent and moved the outdoor bar within minutes, had I not heard the rain I would have never known what was happening! We had the best day ever, thank you Amy and Willowdale Estate!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here back in March of 2017, and everything was so perfect that I honestly can’t find anything to complain about even if I tried. I think the pictures speak for themselves regarding how beautiful the property is, but what surprised us the most was the incredible quality of food and service. We ordered chicken and salmon as our main entrees, and both were perfectly moist on the inside with just the right amount of searing. Their food quality was on par with what I would expect from a high end restaurant, and we are excited to go back for to Willowdale for one of their public events in the near future.

We had Nichole as our main coordinator, and she was such a big stress reliever during the entire planning process. Not only was she organized and extremely professional, Nicole just made us feel assured every time we had questions or were stressing over the small details. During cocktail hour, my bridesmaids and I were having hard time figuring out how to bustle the wedding dress. Nichole quickly brought a sampler plate of all appetizers so that I wouldn’t miss out on any of the food I had spent weeks selecting. She also ended up helping us figuring out the skirt situation when none of the us knew what to do. We really felt the pride and care in her work. Having Nicole as our coordinator was such a blessing, and I can only image how our special day would have gone if she was not there for us. Willowdale is such a magical and wonderful place. I have already recommend it to anyone that asks me about my wedding. It’s worth every penny, and you’re guaranteed a special memory if you go choose with Willowdale.

Willowdale Estate was everything that we wanted for our wedding venue. We fell in love with it when we first visited because it was not only a beautiful place, but in our meeting Belinda emphasized that Willowdale makes the planning process as easy as possible. They provided a very detailed event detail package that listed all the possible catering, bar, and add-on services at various price points, and were able to help us pick the right details to fit our budget. Throughout the planning process, they checked in and made sure we were on track. Kelly, our wedding day coordinator, was super detailed oriented and made our day picture perfect. From coordinating with all our vendors, to answering our questions, to setting up our decorations the day of, and calmly guiding us throughout the actual wedding day, she helped make our wedding day as stress free, easy, and fun! It was also a huge help to be able to drop off decorations a few days before, and when Kelly said she would take care of setting it all up the day of, we knew we could trust her! For our guests, they definitely enjoyed that the ceremony and reception were in the same location, and raved to us about the food. It was also great that it was 45 minutes away from the city, which made it easier for our guests travel-wise. We would highly recommend Willowdale to anyone, and definitely recommend just visiting to check it out!

Willowdale was an unbelievable venue for our wedding in August. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the tent is truly one of a kind. From start to finish, the staff at Willowdale were there for us helping us create the perfect day. We were assigned Courtney as our coordinator and she was fantastic. She was right with us the whole day and handled anything that might cause any issues. From a crying bridesmaid to a late/lost dog nanny, she took care of it so we didn't have to and could enjoy our day.The bartenders were professional and friendly and the wait staff was quick and clean. And the FOOD! All of our guest were blown away by how great the food was. I cannot recommend this venue enough. If you are looking for a truly unique and incredible venue, Willowdale is it!

Willowdale Estate helped us have the perfect wedding! They are experts on knowing how to run a weddings and the service met all our expectations. All of our guests were coming up to us to compliment the venue, food, drinks, and dessert. Willowdale Estate is unlike any other venue and the best way to describe it is magical :)

We were supposed to have an outside ceremony but due to weather we had to move it under the tent which for any bride is always a little disappointing. Willowdale didn't call that until 2:30 for a 5:30 ceremony which a lot of venues call it that morning so I was very happy they did everything possible to make the ceremony happen outside. The rain option at Willowdale is really good though and the tent never had any flooding which is really important to make sure you have a stress-free wedding!

Kelly Hart was our coordinator and all we can say is that she was truly outstanding to work with! We loved her and she made sure we had everything we needed on our wedding day. I probably didn't listen to her enough and should have ate more!

My husband and I were married here in July and I cannot say enough great things. Seeing Willowdale the first time, we fell in love with the beautiful grounds and rustic and whimsical touches, but the service we received planning our wedding really sets Willowdale apart. I can honestly say that not once during the planning process were we stressed and that was due to our assigned coordinator, Amy's, transparency, thoroughness and support. She made sure our day was truly perfect from the very beginning of planning to making sure we had a last drink at the end of the night. Every single detail was taken care of for us so that we could relax and enjoy our night. While Willowdale itself is beyond beautiful, their support from beginning to end made certain that our night was everything we imagined it would be. The food was impeccable, service second to none and grounds perfection! Our wedding was our real life fairytale and we wouldn't have changed a single thing. Almost a month later, we are still hearing that our wedding was the most beautiful event people have attended!

We had our daughter's graduation party here recently. Our experience was 100% perfect, from the sales process through to when we left the event and were sent home with fabulous Willowdale signature chocolate chip cookies! Kelly Hart and her staff took care of everything flawlessly and every request I made was handled courteously and professionally. All details were thought through and I had a very easy time hosting the party. The food was terrific and all of our guests marveled at the beauty of the setting. Thanks Willowdale! You made our event truly memorable.

Willowdale is truly a magical venue with a fairytale ambiance with string lights, cobblestone and gorgeous flowers and greenery. Yet, what makes Willowdale the absolute best in New England is the people and incredible attention to detail. From start to finish, each staff member was clearly an expert and expressed that they were there to make our day and planning easier. The food is phenomenal - we received so many compliments from the passed appetizers to the beautifully presented entrees. Our coordinator Courtney is a dream! Our day was simply perfect and without any glitches thanks to Courtney's flawless execution of our design and ideas, hospitality, veteran wedding expertise and genuine kindness. We are so grateful that we had our wedding at Willowdale and look forward to visiting in the future!

My husband and I fell in love with Willowdale Estate the moment that we walked through the door and were warmly greeted by the staff. Willowdale is a beautiful, historical estate thats decor and ambiance makes it the perfect wedding venue. It offers both outdoor and indoor wedding packages. We had our private ceremony and reception inside the mansion and both were absolutely perfect. The staff worked with us from the beginning to devise a package that fit our budget. Once we secured a date (just over a year in advance) we were updated with emails from Willowdale and used their user-friendly online portal to help select the details of our day. We were invited to attend events hosted by WIllowdale such as an evening with their preferred vendors and a meal tasting night. Both were very helpful. Our biggest help and saving grace was our assigned Event Coordinator, Nichole. Nichole met with us to help sort out details of the ceremony and reception. She connected with all of our vendors to ensure that our day went smoothly. She was also easy to access by phone or email with any questions we had. When it came to the day, it was perfect and I didn't need to worry about anything because of all f her hard work. I knew everything was in good hands. Our guests were greeted at the door with our signature cocktail and at the end of the night Willowdale staff were even helping our guests clean off their cars because it was snowing! All of our guests raved about the food, drinks, fun and impeccable service Willowdale offered. I am so happy that I chose Willowdale and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to have their dream wedding day taken care of by staff that tis dedicated to seeing their client's vision through.

We held a private "supper club" dinner party as a fundraiser for our school. Our guests were treated to amazing service, a beautiful venue and a delicious 4 course seasonal menu accompanied by perfect wine pairings. We could not have been happier with the evening, our guests are still talking about it! All this while raising money without hardly raising a finger!

We had a Mansion wedding in late October and everything about it was outstanding! The mansion is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff are incredible. We had Nichole as our event coordinator and she is a true professional. She made the planning process easy by walking us through each step and detail of our big day and she always offered us trustworthy advice whenever we had difficulty making a decision. On the day of, everything was flawless, from the placement of our personal decor to each transition throughout the night. With her help, we felt prepared and informed so that we could relax and enjoy the experience. The food was amazing, delicious and well planned. Our guests have given nothing but positive feedback about the night, and many would say that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Such an amazing place that I would recommended to any engaged couple!

My wedding at Willowdale Estate was a dream come true. From the beginning, when we had a tour of the estate, the staff was so attentive and knowledgeable about every detail. During the process of planning the wedding, the entire planning team was at our disposal for any questions or concerns I had along the way. Their attentiveness to my needs helped me feel confident about every aspect of the event that they would be handling.

About 8 weeks prior to our wedding, we were assigned our coordinator, Courtney, who has completely exceeded all expectations I've had for a coordinator. She completely personalized our wedding, just how we wanted it. Courtney is professional, patient, warm, and has an expertise that made me have complete faith in her abilities. Being a very particular bride, I was so pleased to find that not only did the staff follow direction really well when it came to my decor, but they made recommendations and worked to make everything far better than I had ever imagined!

The wedding itself was seamless from start to finish. Courtney was in close contact with all of our vendors to ensure that we had everything exactly how we wanted it. Our guests were utterly amazed at the holiday decor, the grandeur of the building, the professionalism of the waitstaff, and especially the food. I've received countless compliments on the food, most of which included the phrase, "that was the best wedding food I've ever had." Our guests were dazzled by every detail of the wedding, and were begging to take home the delicious homemade cookies, which really capped off a perfect night.

Every wedding fantasy of mine was fulfilled by having my wedding at the Willowdale Estate. There is not a single item that wasn't perfection.

We had a fantastic reception at Willowdale Estate! The venue itself is beautiful. If you are hosting a winter/autumn event, it is a guaranteed gorgeous backdrop. From beginning to end the process was easy, which was endlessly valuable to us. Lines of communication were open, clear and our wedding coordinator was the eye of the storm. The general staff were friendly and helpful the night of, adding to the warmth of an already great night. Coordination of set-up and break-down was seamless, also something we are grateful for. Our guests have not stopped commenting on how good the food was. Over all we cannot say enough good things about our experience there! I should add, the cookies are phenomenal, truly.
