The women are rude, the boy working there is nice. Got my shoes there cause I needed them for work the next day, but I will not buy from them again.

I always try to schedule my trips through the area so I can hit Wilkins! Another reason to drive! Helpful sales staff, get my feet measured each time, they know the shoe manufacturers, good sales. My feet are happy!

First class service and courteous staff. Greeted upon entering the store with friendly smiles, and a genuine interest in my foot wear needs. Forget the big box stores. Support this local business. They earn your support, and deserve your business.

Stopped in because my husband was looking for athletic shoes. The saleslady we approached was very courteous and helpful and I asked if while he was looking could I use the restroom because my 3 year old told me she needed to go and being newly potty trained can not hold it very long. She said they normally do not have a public restroom but would ask under the circumstances. Her superviser told us no straight to our faces and completely unapologetically told us to go to the thai restaurant a few doors up like we were derelics or something. We walked out and they lost a sale and our future business. Whatever happened to human decency?! Not to mention that the store looks dilapidated and the majority of the styles are not current at all and in my opionion overpriced.

Wilkins is your good old fashioned shoe store! Plan on getting a fitting and many suggestions for your feet..their staff LOVE shoes and know what they are doing!
