With Changing Seasons Wilderness Boundary Restaurant has Changing Menus. There are some things that won't change such as Wednesday Night Prime which has been running for 10 years. WBR also has a "FRY" Day Night Fish Fry and Exceptional Summer Weekend BBQ's. From what we are hearing WBR may be joining the Food Truck Craze with their own Mobile Food Kitchen with a menu designed for eating on the move. This concept seems to meld with the Yellowstone National Park tourist crowd as most are traveling by automobile. Look for the new food truck craze concept at Lava Mountain Lodge on The Togwotee Trail to Yellowstone between Jackson Hole and Dubois, Wyoming sometime this summer. If this is like anything WBR does, it will be awesome. Always a good experience at this Mountain Eatery.
