    I recently leased a rav4 and traded in an old car with Jordan and have nothing but good things to say. The whole process was efficient and I felt confident Jordan and his team were doing everything they could to make the day easy for us.     Where do I begin? My wife Barbie and myself have bought many new vehicles at different dealerships. Never, have we had such a fantastic buying experience than at Wilde Toyota. Our sales person Rachel Lovora was as perfect of a product specialist as you could ask for. Her personal attention to detail was unmatched, and her product knowledge amazing.
    Michael Amos made our paperwork and licensing flow with ease. And a special thank you to Ian for the special courtesy he afforded us. All in all this team could have done no better! Thank you for today, and looking forward to our next purchase with this team in the future.

    My trip to Wilde Toyota has always been a pleasant visit. David has always been helpful and very patient. He has assisted not only me but also my parents with any color problems. He has efficiently solved problems to his best ability and making sure I leave happy with the service.

    I had a great experience at this dealership. Tony was friendly, helpful, and made sure I took time making the right decision. The financial associate, too, was friendly and attentive to any questions I had. I do wish they would have negotiated with me a little more but overall I am one satisfied customer! Thank you! :)

    David Olguin in the Service Department is the best. He is my top choice rep to work with. He is very genuine and honest.

    David Olguin is outstanding. I have not seen anyone with such amazing customer service. He is very loyal, genuine, trustworthy, and friendly. He knows all the details of work that is needed to be done, and I always look for him when it comes to car service. I also recommend him to others. You will get the best price with him, guaranteed.     I received the keys to a beautiful RAV 4 today. Thanks to Mr Phil Lo and Mr Michael Seawright. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced while shopping for a car. They were patient, attentive and more than willing to go above and beyond to get me the best deal for my budget! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided detailed explanations. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful service provided. Mr Phil and Mr Michael thanks for making this an easy experience.

    Here I am again writing another review on this place. After my first review about this dealership running my credit unauthorized after I told them not to because I had a loan from my bank for what ever the amount of the car would be, they STILL ran my credit which of course cause a hard inquiry on my credit report. I called the CB to get it removed because I did not authorize it and was told to contact the dealership which I did and was given the run around. After I wrote the review, I received a call from the salesman and was told his manager would call me.. yea never received that call. So when we bought the car which is certified, we asked about complimentary oil changes and car washes. We only asked because we have a 2011 and received those perks when we bought the car, different dealership but thought that was for all certified cars. We asked and we were told YES and we would receive all that stuff in the mail. The only thing that came was the warranty book. Today my husband goes to get my oil changed thinking that they would have record of what was promised since we never got the coupon book we asked about. He had to pay for the oil change. The money isn't the problem, it was the principal that we were told this and clarified it more than once. If you do business with them be careful, they aren't exactly the most honest upfront folks!

    My recent trip to Wilde Toyota was amazing. I recently purchased a new used car and it couldn't have gone better. When I needed to come back to have service done on my car, I had the pleasure to work with David Olguin. David made sure that I left the dealership feeling beyond satisfied. He made sure my expectations were not only met but exceeded. I really felt like my satisfaction was his top priority. He was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car, I really appreciate how he is willing to go above and beyond to make his customers feel pleased with his service. I will definitely be returning and asking for him every time.

    We had a great experience at Wilde Toyota! My husband and I were looking to buy from the pre-owned inventory. Brady Brushwood was so helpful and informative throughout the process of purchasing our vehicle without pressuring us to look at anything outside of our price range. Brady stayed after hours to answer our questions and made sure we could put down a deposit to hold the car we wanted. Josh was also very helpful in the finance department and patiently walked us through everything we needed to know. He kindly answered our questions and made the paperwork easy. We would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

    I bought my very first car at wild Toyota and had an amazing experience. I worked with Kevin Nelson and he was so helpful. I really loved how he didn't push me into buying any of the cars, instead he showed me all the different options and shared with me why he thought I would like it. I would highly recommend working with Kevin Nelson.
    I also had the pleasure to work with Anthony Smith in the finance department. He did a great job explaining to me everything I needed to know.
    Overall great experience with Wild Toyota.

    We worked with Kevin Nelson in the Used Car section, and he was so helpful and understanding. He didn't pressure us when we needed some time to talk things through. He gave us space and made sure we were comfortable with how things were moving along. We also worked with Mike Amos in Financing. Super nice and easy to talk to when dealing with financing our car. He walked us through every single step and he made it easy to digest. Definitely would recommend them both to others! Thanks so much Kevin & Mike!

    Dale Fife is a wonderful sales person. She is very kind and courteous. She is not pushy at all. We told her what we were looking for and what we could afford for a monthly payment and she helped us find the perfect vehicle. We would highly recommend if you need a new car go see Dale! Thanks Dale for all your hard work. We really appreciate everything you did! We will definitely come back and see you when we need our next car.

    Today dropped off my Car for service at 9:33 AM to have a diagnostic check up for engine light being on. Car was promised to be finished with this diagnostic work up by or before 5pm. Service person I was working with called me at 4:06pm I missed the call unfortunately and called back at 4:40pm. I went straight to his voice mail and he left before 5pm as he did not return my call.

    I called again and spoke to another service individual which did not know anything about my car as the original service person never wrote any of the mechanics findings into the computer.

    Normally when you pay 187$ a mechanic checks everything out, writes notes and speaks with the customer service rep who then writes everything up and logs it into the computer so if you come early or late its ready and there for you. My customer service rep did not write anything down before he left work. On the phone message all he said was "call me back".

    As i spoke to the 2nd rep he was not confident because nothing was written down and when i came in close to 8pm nothing was written up yet. I know this because I asked the cashier if I could pay and she said nothing was ready and I could not. I was upset at this point as it was promised to be done by 5pm based on my paperwork. The cashier told me "the manager is typing furiously to try and get it ready". Okay so a person who didn't talk to the mechanic is working off scrap notes to put together an estimate and list of problems that need addressing with my car. As well as he is doing it in a rushed fashion. How is this worth the money I spent? The manager did not even offer to go over the notes or estimate with me either which was rude.

    TLDR: Service is sub par. Paying 187$ and not having anything explained is very dismal.

    Service department is the worst criminal element in West Allis. They were more focused on making tire sales than the safety of my daughter. Great sales staff but terrible service department. Won't even apologize for this or other bad service we have received. This poor crooked service has happened with every vehicle iv purchased from them. Service manager is never around, and never responds to complaints. It is sad that the fantastic sales department is tied to the crooks in the service department. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Buyer beware! #wildestory
