  My lamb I ordered rare was great. Unfortunately my spouse and the other couple had over cooked pork, fish and their lamb. They did not specify like I did and it clearly shouldn't have been left to the chef. Gave it a 3 since the service was good.

  Wonderful ambiance and delicious, constantly-changing menus featuring seasonal recipes sourced from local vendors and farms. By far the best meal I had while visiting the state park...would highly recommend!

  I read the reviews and everyone Raved about it. Apparently you must only show good reviews let's see if you post this. The Wait staff has no clue, food was average at best, the restaurant had maybe three other tables full. Breakfast shouldn't cost over $40 for two people without alcohol. We should have waited the 45 minutes to get in at the #White Gull Inn where they have food to die for.

  Fantastic restaurant. The menu was unique and everything we had was delicious. The menu changes on a daily basis and all the ingredients are locally sourced. The staff is fenominal and very attentive. We sat on the closed in porch and loved the environment. On the pricier end but you get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to take a date or a casual dinner with a group of friends.

  Best burger in the state of Wisconsin. I can't believe I have been going to Door County my whole life and just found this jem. Prices are a touch higher then surrounding places but the whole experience is absolutely worth it. I will be back. Cheers.

  Excellent staff, great coffee/continental breakfast. Ask for some cherry juice is they have it. Would definitely stay here again for a getaway weekend.

  My wife and I have been visiting the Swan multiple times yearly since 2008, enjoying all the seasons of Door County. We find this place to be more enchanting with each passing visit.

  Consistently fantastic farm to table cuisine. Service is good if not a bit slow but that is part of the experience. Excellent extension of the Hinterland enterprise which embodies the laid back vacation atmosphere of Fish Creek.

  Very clean. Good guest service. However shower was cold in the dead of winter. Breakfast was just okay.
