  The wd-40 that I used to remove adhesive pinstripe was not permitted in car wash. It’s petroleum based, just like the roads we drive on, which accumulates similar road grime. Auto soap is made to dissolve those materials. Who knows what other chemicals we all pick up on the road.
  
  I had to back out of the wash because this facility is not equipped to handle such a dirty vehicle. This was my go-to spot, however there are numerous others to choose from. I chose another and cleaned the vehicle without incident. The vehicles that followed me were spotless. Won’t be back… neither will my friends or family.
  
  Worked at a car wash in high school and college. Our attitude was do whatever it takes. Probably a quick wipe down beforehand would’ve sufficed, but their their philosophy is not the same.

  Was told today I couldn’t use the car wash under my monthly contract because my new car doesn’t have hard plates yet. Amazing when they opened 8 months ago they begged me to use them for both my new cars with black tags on them. No problem I just want the owner to know I have two contracts with you and very soon I will have none. I owned a business for 20 years I couldn’t run off business like that It shocked to be honest. This is for the owner though I just want him to know his employees are running off business . There’s so much competition out there in car washes we have plenty of choices. As a business owner I would want to know. I’m letting you know your 70 dollars a month less than you had because my two unlimited plans you will no longer have. Sorry I enjoyed the convenience and paid you more for it.

  Stopped in after a two day trip to the beach and opted for the $10 wash. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the wash was and how well it cleaned my truck. The towel service is a plus along with the vacuums as I've never washed my vehicle this quickly after a beach trip. The staff was very helpful and did a great job with the pre wash, I look forward to returning again.

  Glad to have a dedicated car wash in the area, the gas station car washes are just not good enough and is more expensive. Wet N Jet is a great car wash, leaves my car nice and clean and the free vacuum are nice, only thing I wish they had is covered vacuum area since it gets pretty hot in San Antonio. The crew is also great, the pre scrubbing helps get the grime off. Another thing I might recommend is a light at the end to tell you it’s ok to drive off. Great car wash and will definitely be using from now on.

  I am very impressed with Wet-N-Jet, and it’s because of the details. They offer a variety of air fresheners, they’re wash is efficient with water use (not the best but better than many), they offer free vacuums that are independent of each other so one person clogging up the pipeline doesn’t effect others, the vacuums don’t run forever and aren’t loud, they offer FREE terry cloths to dry your vehicle with post the car wash, and more. I highly recommend! Top 3 car washes that I’ve ever been to!
