I have purchased several things from there. They are always always attentive and great salespeople. I can not speak to the repairs they do because I haven't experienced that yet. I highly recommend talking to these people before you judge based on negative feedback!

Needed a band for my watch. This place had my watch for a whole year and not once did they keep me posted on any progress. I went in every 3 months and Chris & his crew kept giving me the run around. All of a sudden during my final visits they couldn't find my watch and Chris copped an attitude and refused to look for it! But its real funny they found it after my attorney contacted them. So I advise customers to go elsewhere! Plus if you need a battery, go to Batteries Plus have lifetime warranty.

I've been coming here for years. I like going here instead of other places. We got our wedding rings here. Our twins and the youngest name bracelets when they were born. And there baptism necklaces. I love this place because they have a wide variety. When a Guadalupe pendant came off. They saughtered it on. And did a great job. The staff is all very kind. Melissa helped us choose which clauddagh rings to get my girls. Seeing some of these reviews upset me. Sad how spiteful people can be. Ive always had a great experience everytime i go. Ive shoppped there as long as i can remember and i wouldnt base a business on what other peoples experienced. I would want to experience it for myself. Iwould hope others would do the same.I will continue to do business here. And recommend them to friends and family to check it out. Thank you guys!😊bambi martinez

Worst jewelry repair shop around town. I was given four different dates and times that my wife earrings would be complete. Very unprofessional and they don't communicate at all. If you want communication and jewelry repaired in a timely manner, do not do business with these people.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I BOUGHT A CHAIN AND CHARM FOR MY HUSBAND AND ASK THE SALES MAN CHRIS SPECIFICALLY I'D IT COULD BFF RETURNED IF MY HUSBAND DIDN'T LIKE IT, AND I WAS TOLD I COULD, BUT WHEN I TRIED TURNING IT THE NEXT DAY, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Horrible service, the owner called my mother and I very disrespectful names, yelled at us, threatened us to beat him with an Iron ring sizing rod, by throwing it on the counter towards us. Stating to beat him with it if we were so upset about what they did to the rings. Damaged my mothers anniversary rings, refused to repair the damaged THEY caused, continued with no return calls for weeks, refused refund of rings, took three visits to get damaged rings back and still did not repair it, and now going through managing to have actions taken to get him removed. All we wanted was a refund on the rings that were fully paid for and brought in to be sauntered together, but instead got not refund, no exchange, no help, no "I'm sorry" and damaged rings handed back to us.

This place is a joke. Apparently when they're fixing a ring, for a second time, it is the consumers responsiblity to tell them to put the ring back to the same size it was when purchased. Horrible way to run business and customer service is highly lacking.

This is a sorry excuse of a jewelry store. Never coming here again bought a pair of diamond earrings for $150 they make my ears swell every time i put them on. They we're supposed to be silver studs but thats not what they were at all. I saved the receipt because they have a life time warranty the warranty is complete bull. Not like most jewelers they only repair it if the stud breaks or a stone falls out. They dont give you a new pair like every other jeweler in Westridge mall. if you are going to get cheaper jewelry but still want quality go to piercing pagoda some of they're stuff is cubic zirconium but at least you wont get an infection in you're ear. I honestly dont know how this place is still open for business. It should've been shut down a long time ago. And i hope they read this review the manager was a complete a-hole to me and my girlfriend today.

i will never buy any jewelry from here again and i do not recommend this place to anyone, they sell cheap merchandise that is fake and does not last, i had bought a cross pendant from there and it broke in a matter of months, since its called west-ridge jewelry repair i figured that would be the best place to get it fixed, their "jewelry repair" is a joke, they cut the top part of the cross completely off without asking if it was okay and punched two stones out of it to put a metal rod through, the rod holding it up is now falling out and broke again, tried to call and see if we could just get it replaced since we have had a bad experience there in the past, the manager cussed at us on the phone in a very rude and unprofessional way, not how you treat customers in my opinion, the cross is not the only thing i have had break from here either but also a set of earrings. i do not recommend this place and will never buy their cheap fake jewelry again and will never trust them to fix my jewelry.
