  Thomas and his whole crew were amazing! All of his associates were polite and professional. They were always on time and were all artisans. Thomas and Garrett always answered their phone when we had questions. The results are amazing!

  Westcoast Design Build remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, and installed new flooring and baseboards throughout my entire condo. I LOVE the end result…..it is exactly what I envisioned!
  The project started with me meeting with Lynn, the team’s licensed interior designer. I shared some ideas I had for the kitchen and bathrooms and she skillfully incorporated them into the layout. I also worked with her on my cabinet, countertop, hardware, plumbing, tile, and flooring selections. She understood my taste and style and it was always reassuring to have her professional opinion.
  The carpenters, tile layer, electricians, and plumber were hard-working, courteous, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The quality of their work was outstanding.
  As far as communication, I always had a schedule of the work that would be performed each day. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered in a prompt fashion by Thomas. He also stopped by at some point each day to inspect the job progress and to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Thomas always made me feel like my project was his #1 priority.
  If you are considering a remodeling project, I highly recommend Thomas Hemingway and the Westcoast Design Build team. You will not be disappointed in the quality of work and professionalism of the team.

  Covid has definitely made things take longer but we are pleased with the room addition.

  Thomas and the West Coast team are absolutely fantastic to work with. You couldn't ask for a more capable, knowledgeable team who can put together a design perfect for any project. I have recommended them time and time again because of their excellent quality of work, responsiveness and efficiency.

  I known Thomas Hemingway. He is a very honest hard working contractor that has his clients' interests at heart. Westcoast Design Build FL will be the first to call when I need my kitchen remodeled!
