I have shopped many stores in and around Pittsburg, KS, but none of them have impressed me as much as Westco, of Pittsburg. When you first enter the store, you are greeted warmly which gives you the feeling of really being welcome. Most all of my dealings in this store have been with Gary, the manager, who is very impressive, in that he has great business acumen and knowledge of his merchandise. He gives one a feeling of confidence that they have been treated honestly and fairly during a purchase of merchandise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delivery drivers are always very helpful and thoughtful of my home and my purchases when they deliver and put together the furniture! Excellent customer service and follow through!
