  Got in on a Sunday and found out I needed a root canal. They were able to get it done the same day.
  By far, the best dental repair visit I have ever had! Great communication and pain free dental work. And that's saying a lot for me- locals don't usually help me much. I would highly recommend going here and I would definitely go back! Entire staff is friendly and will help you be relaxed. Clean office, great location and helpful hours too!
  Update: paid $2,500 for my visit because insurance was closed on Sunday. That was may 18. Insurance has paid, still waiting for reimbursement July 11.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Explain things clearly, itemize billing, walk through all options (not just the “best”/most expensive), no hard selling of stuff like whitening. Dr Oh and his staff just run a very nice dental office, and I highly recommend them.

  I was surprised and thankful to find Westar for emergency dental on a holiday weekend. The office was clean, professional and fully staffed. All staff members were pleasant and courteous. I scheduled an appointment online same day on a Sunday and was seen by Dr. Oh within 10 minutes of my scheduled time which is very reasonable and acceptable. I highly recommend this office if you find yourself without regular access to a good dentist. He was very thorough and skilled and his assistant provided detailed aftercare instructions that were explained before leaving. Many thanks to Westar Dental Westerville!

  I came here for a terrible pain I was having on the right side of my mouth. Dr. Oh was knowledgeable, kind, and he made me feel cared for. I had the option of getting a root canal or the tooth pulled out. Ended up getting the root canal and he was able to do it that day! Throughout the procedure he called me by my name and updated me as to what he was doing throughout the procedure.
  
  Reception was also very kind and helpful, and the dental assistants were great.
  
  All in all I'll most likely be switching my primary dentist to Dr. Oh. They are also open on the weekends which is very convenient.

  10/10 recommend! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years since my appointment today. Past bad dental experiences led to that. But now, I’ve found the place that makes me excited to get my smile back! Everyone was so nice and made me feel calm.
