It is a mall. Stores are ok. Appear to work to appeal to younger crowd not all ages. Not where I prefer to shop anymore. I can understand why online shopping is preferred.

A few years ago this was the place to do all your shopping. However it feels like now there are more shops closed than there are open. They haven't done a very good job finding new stores to come in I'm afraid this mall is dying.

West Ridge is a great little mall. Very sad to see stores leaving. Food court has a nice variety and their bathrooms are very big. They also have a few activities for the kids throughout the mall. Their strollers for rent are a little pricey.

Could be a nice mall. Like all malls, it's in a slow decline with vacancies. Still good anchors and specialty shops. Decent food court as mall food courts go.

The mall was quiet and I was able to get what I needed and get out. No long lines. At Sears the customer service was great.

good place with lots of stores. I love going with my friends. Their soft pretzels are amazing. And I would recommend for a fun shopping experience.

Like most others have said, it does seem to be dying mall. It probably isn't as bad as you may think if you never been here and don't have high expectations. Food court is pretty good. They only have like 4-5 places to choose from, but they are relatively good.

Sometimes it feels like a teenager daycare center, so mall security is more pronounced here. Parking lot(s) are huge. It is a good place to walk around and go window shopping.

The mall was clean and we really got great deal on a Washer and Dryer at Sears. The salesmen, Sean was very knowledgeable and a great help. I compared prices at Sears, Menards and Home Depot and we got a better washer and dryer, larger load compacity and more for a better price at Sears. They were also made in America and that is what we asked for. We also went to JC Penney's and found some great sale prices on clothes. We all need to start shopping more at stores so we can help people keep their jobs.

Variety. The shopping choices are very good. You can find almost anything you want or need. It is a great place to gather with friends for a quick bite or a nice indoor walk.

And green it's a well-kept mall with good security and decent selection of stores but you can tell it's dying like a lot of the other malls I wish they would involve more community activities to fill the empty spaces in the mall or make it more family-friendly or kid friendly

Tons of parking, and oh so cool inside. Great for asking around inside and staying cool in this summer heat Good variety of food choices at the food court.

Back in my middle school days, I used to go to this mall all the time. Now as an adult, I don't go as often, but still enjoy it. I usually only go for one or two stores, or Kwan Wah in the food court (honestly their lemon chicken is my FAVOURITE, highly recommend). It's been sad seeing how many stores have shut down in the mall and how many vacant spaces there are. It's a great mall! Clean, friendly staff, and they have a good selection of stores. Just wish the selection had more variety and their weren't so many vacant spaces!
