  Tom Bull, Tom Vullo, and Becky were SO great when I purchased my new vehicle!!!! I have been purchasing vehicles from Tom for over 10 years, and my family has purchased their vehicles from him for as long as I can remember. He is, in my opinion, the best in the business and that's why we keep going back to him. He is always willing to help and go the extra mile. I feel incredibly appreciative for all of their hard work at getting me into my vehicle!!!

  WOW. I am do amazed at how great my experience at West Herr Toyota was. So So so so so so so thankful to George and Frank.
  
  I went to a stupid different local dealership NOT West Herr (will refrain from saying the name but a big one) on Monday. They literally wasted 3 ENTIRE DAYS of our lives, from 9-9 each day, before finally telling us we couldn't get approved because we never had an auto loan before. Mind you, I own a small business and we do well. This other dealership knew full well we owned a small business, and still wasted 3 days leading us on and lying that we could get approved. They treated us like a last priority.
  
  Fast forward to Thursday. I walked in West Herr and was immediately greeted by smiling faces and handshakes. I sat down with Frank and George and was blown away by how professional and easy to work with they are. The first dealership we went to couldn't touch this, They were so helpful. Less than 4 hours later I drive off the lot with an AMAZING new SUV that we love, right within our budget. I will never even consider going to another dealership.
  
  Go here, I guarantee you will never go anywhere else. 10000000% awesome!! :D

  I give Pat a five star!!! He was amazing!!! However some of there associate in the finance department need to be more honest or Knowledgeable about when it comes to running your credit with different banks to be financed, when you have already been approved with a bank. I say this because I had already been approved by Capital One before I found my vehicle. When filling out the application online I asked will it effect my credit score? I was told no it wouldn't because I had already been approved by Capital One bank. But a few days later it showed on my credit report that they ran my credit through seven different banks which effected my credit score majorly. But overall I ❤️ my new vehicle!

  After going to multiple dealerships, and dealing with pushy salesmen, bait and switch, cars not available for test drive, etc ...I could go on! It was refreshing to walk into West Herr Toyota and deal with George Cannon. His customer service was outstanding, and he never left me feeling pressured. Everyone that I dealt with thru the finance department were friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership, and George Cannon to anyone who is car shopping. You wont be disappointed.

  Amazing place to buy a car. The salesman Steve was very professional and patient. It did take me about three days to get the best possible rate for a Sienna from various dealerships. Noah , the sales manager did present a hard time over the price of the car that I wanted, considering that other dealerships had offered them to me .
  I still bought the car from here, it was brand-spanking new, so new that they had not taken off the plastic covers off the car! . None of the other dealerships had that, so West Herr it was.
  I would encourage others to shop around to get the best possible price they can , but West Herr is the place to go for the best price and professionalism .

  I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my new Toyota Corolla! Christopher DeBernardis was extremely knowledgeable in the brand and all aspects of the business. He was very efficient from the beginning of the sale to the end of the sale. It meant so much to me as a customer, that he was looking out for my best interests. He made sure all of my needs were met, above and beyond any experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. It's not often that you find someone that really cares and his professionalism speaks volumes!! I will always give him my future business and will highly recommend him to others.   We had a very enjoyable experience recently. The customer service and professionalism was fabulous. The sales agents, Kristen from Toyota, Marc from Infinty went above and beyond to help my daughter get into a Nissan rogue . They were able to get our payment down right where we wanted it . They even were able to take in a Harley Davidson motorcycle for a trade-in .   We truly had an amazing experience. I was in town for short time helping my elderly mother to purchase a car. Chris and Mike (sales manager) were so patient, answered all questions thoroughly and provided more than fair trade in allowance. It couldn't have gone smoother. I would return there for any new or used car needs.

  Pleasant & professional. Johnna Weiss is knowledgeable, and friendly but not overly familiar. No pressure to buy; she just asked questions about what I wanted or didn't want. She was able to provide the information I needed. Especially appreciated her spending time with us in the car before I took possession. My husband and I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants to buy a car.

  Love dealing with West Herr. They are efficient, accommodating and friendly, and their cars are reliable. Bought my second Subaru from them (last purchase 10 years ago) within a weekend. I love it! Patsy (Esposito) did a great job tending to my nit picks. Only deducted one star because I feel like for the cost of my car, with little haggle to be had, and with the size of the company, a nice set of wipers and floor mats would have gone a long way. But thank you, very happy!
