I have purchased cars from West Herr in the past and had a good experience. This was my first time looking at Toyota as a vehicle option. My experience at West Herr Toyota was exceptional thanks to Jim Sanchioni. I cannot stress enough how competent, knowledgeable and friendly Jim was, he is a shining example of what customer service should be. Thank you once again for one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had.

I had an great time of buying a new car! This was my first time and the people were super nice and understanding when I had concerns. Carrie specifically, was amazingly patient with me! She wad the representative that helped me the most when I couldn't find the papers I needed to qualify for a discount. She helped me hold the car I wanted till I found them and she's just an awesome person in general!

I’m so happy I chose to purchase my Camry from West Herr Toyota. I was very lucky to get such a kind and knowledgeable salesman like Joe Kotrys! He got me an awesome price and I never felt pressured or rushed. He made sure I was completely comfortable before I left the store and that I had all of his contact info to reach him anytime I needed anything. Not Only did he explain things in such a great way, he followed up with me after the sale to make sure I drove safe and was happy with my purchase. I’ll be back to see him again!

I went to get a service done on my 2013 Tacoma and was not planning to anything by maintain and keep the good truck.

The procurement specialist found me in the waiting area and I learned I might be better off not driving it forever. Had a great trade in value and ended up with a brand new Tacoma with the sport package and manual transmission, which is just what I needed to do the trade.

Did a lot over the phone and sweet it all up so I could just come in to sign the papers.I did it all without ever seeing the truck first.

I trusted them.

Easiest truck I ever bought, and greatest deal too. I am very happy.

The whole team will help meet all your needs for a vehicle. If the one location doesn't have what you are looking for a team mate can escort to another location to test drive what you want without waiting for another person or starting over. They have multiple options for financial loans and make sure you are full satisfied and understand the whole picture with your current vehicle and the new one! They are very friendly and check in on you to see if there is anything else they do for you days after! Great customer servic.

Very friendly staff, fast car repair service. Nice large waiting area with large screen TV and comfortable chairs. What I like is you can schedule an appointment online. They have an auto parts department you can order automobile parts. They have coffee and tea available while you wait. All around I've had a great experience here. 😉

I had the pleasure of working with Mary Jayne Muraco at West Herr Toyota in Orchard Park. She was so professional, kind and really out to make sure your experience at West Herr was superb. We've purchased 2 vehicles in 9 months from West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park. Sam Lambert was our salesman for both. Sam is professional, knowledgeable, easy going and a pleasure to work with. After a difficult experience with another dealership for our second shopping trip, we called Sam. He worked well past his quitting time to ensure that the vehicle we wanted to look at was ready for us to test drive the next morning. He even made an extra trip to get a 2nd key. Jonathan Hoover in finance made the loan process painless. They are an excellent team and will be our first call the next time we are shopping for a vehicle.

I decided to purchase a 2017 Corolla at West Herr because I had seen their TV ads, and when browsing their website, I was amazed at their inventory of the cars in which I was interested. At the dealership, I met Sam Lambert, my salesman, and was immediately impressed. Sam is not a pushy salesman. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and polite. I felt comfortable with him, and he made the entire process of getting a new car easy and enjoyable. Because of insurance company errors, getting my registration was delayed, but once Sam found out about the problem, he was persistent in getting it rectified, and I was overjoyed when he called to let me know my registration was finally available. He went above and beyond to help me, and that speaks highly of him and of the dealership. I definitely recommend Sam to anyone about to visit West Herr Toyota in Orchard Park.

I also highly recommend the dealership itself. The showroom is clean, and the staff and waiting area are pleasant. I am extremely satisfied that I chose West Herr for the purchase of my 2017 Toyota Corolla. Thanks so much, Sam, and West Herr!

Great, fast and professional service. I went through a bad situation recently. I made a call to my sales consultant, Sam Lambert, whom I purchased my last vehicle from. I gave him some information on what I was looking for. With in 24-36 hours he found a great choice for my next vehicle. The finance end, Joe Oginsky, worked for and with me as well to get the best option for my budget. Stop in talk to them or check out their website. I have never met someone so helpful and eager to make an appropriate deal! Likewise, Lorenzo was very accommodating to all of my needs and price ranges. He did not place any pressure on me if he knew I was indifferent about a purchase. Moreover, Lorenzo went above and beyond to get to know me as a person instead of just a sale. I felt so comfortable while working with him. Additionally, Lorenzo went above and beyond to stay after his shift was concluded to find me the best deal possible. All in all, I would highly suggest working with Lorenzo! I have never met someone in sales that truly has a passion to connecting to people like Lorenzo does. High quality treatment coupled with receiving a high quality vehicle, that's Lorenzo's formula!
