Really really bad experience here. Bad costumer service all around. The worst possible fraud place. Truly liars. I don't recommend this dealer at all.

I purchased my vehicle at the end of March 2017 in the evening. The staff was nice and helpful and so forth, but I felt they pushed a car that was a return and said it was a good deal, etc. there was no sticker on the window and was told they would mail it to me...I never received it. The next day I noticed the car was not clean, so I called and they said they would clean and detail it, but the people the come and do it aren't there all the time so it took me over a month to get that done and they only did the outside ...not the inside. 3 months passed and I hadn't received my tags, so I went to the DMV and was told the car was still in the previous owners name and couldn't get tags, to call the dealer. It took them another 2 weeks to even send the forms to the DMV, finally receiving them in Aug. I noticed the tags were good from dec 2016 to dec 2017 and payment was received in Jan 2017. So, I called the DMV yet again, they said they were short by $15 from previous owner so that was the difference needed to issue and to contact the dealer. Every time I try to call to speak to a finance person it always goes back to recording. I have already had it with this car already, I wish I never bought this car from this place.

Wow, the service the minute l drove up from Rolando Acosta, it was a very hot morning probably 98%, and a warm smile with eye contact and concern asking how l could be helped today. I have an appointment l said he immediately attended and spoke with me like we were best friends or family, he professionally took my info and car and explained how long it would be, no problem l said he asked if they could take my wife and l somewhere but we said no, we went inside and a while later Mr. Josh Fuentes (Service Director)told us it would be a little while longer due to a more difficult part that needing attention, l was so greatful for the communication, this dealership is amazing for setvice and personality, thankyou for your attention, and lets give credit when credit is due, Thankyou Mr. Josh Acosta for a Great Team. David....

Even one star is also not enough for this show room.
I think sales executives are not interested to sell the cars. I have been to this showroom to buy a car, once the car was finalized we were ready to make the full payment through credit cards / Debit Cards, but they have declined that and forced us to take finance from Nissan it self else car price will increase (This is ridiculous) . Finally we decided to go with Finance and they run credit check and informed us that our APR would be 8% as our credit points was around 690 this is kind of a game they play with customers i.e. shows they reduce the price and try to take high APR from customers by showing less credit points. As per few banks and Credit Karma by credit points are more than 750. I agree credit check would be different for each finance company, but I am sure it will not be such huge difference.
Now I have deceived not to visit this showroom again for any sale. Also I will never recommend this showroom to any of my friends.

West Covina Nissan service representatives are very helpful and knowledgeable about my vehicle and making recommendations. They replaced a bad tire under warranty at no cost to me with out any questions. Thanks.

Hands down, worst car service I've experienced. Brought my Nissan here to get serviced twice. Bringing it the second time was a mistake. I knew I should of tried a different Nissan dealer. Both visits I needed an oil change. Two days after the service date I realized my car was leaking out oil, and found that the technician over filled it with 1/2 quarts over manufacture specifications; furthermore crushed the lip of the oil filter. Service reps give you the "run around," if they don't know the answer to a question. Highly don't recommend bringing your vehicle here for any service. If I could rate 0/5 stars, I would.

They told me some prices when showing the cars in the lot, making it look like they have attractive offers. When we came to do the paperwork, the prices were $3000-$4000 higher than what they told us in the lot. They also didn't bring it up, they were trying to lead us into buying a car, by getting is to sign paperwork before we had come to anysort of agreement.

When I decided against buying a car at this dealership, they kept my license and refused to give it back. They made me leave, and come back 3 hours later for my license.

Don't ever get your car serviced here. I had to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I brought it in because out of no where my battery died. I let the car sit for an hour, then was able to start it up. I preceded to drive then I noticed my convertible top icon appeared on my dashboard and was beeping. I checked to make sure the button was secure then went to open the trunk to see what I could see. The trunk did not open! I used the smart key, and pressed the button..nothing. So I drive to West Covina Nissan where I bought the car. I asked the service rep Tony to please see if he could at least get the trunk open because I needed to retrieve my briefcase. He tried the fob, looked in the glove compartment, and said "no, I can't get it open". I then asked him if we can see if the seats come out, we looked and then again he said no. I told him I desperately needed my briefcase because it had my work. I told him I did not mind leaving the car, I just need the briefcase so if he would please ask a mechanic. He then goes to the mechanic area only to return and tell me the only way to get the trunk open is for them to do an electronic diagnostic that will cost me $260. Being that I have no choice, I agreed. Leave the car and come back the next day after he tells me it was the battery and they will need to reset the COMPUTER for the convertible top. Not to mention they had about $1700 worth of other work they wanted me to do which I refused. When I get my car late that evening, start it, pop the trunk, then test the convertible. When I closed the convertible the light came back on and the alarm, so Tony goes and gets the mechanic. Now the trunk is not opening again! Ricardo takes my key fob, pulls out this magical little key and proceeds to open the trunk that Tony said the mechanic said does not exist the day before!! He opens the trunk, repositions the convertible tray, and alarm goes off and the trunk works again. So is that how you RE-SET the computer??? That is how you rip somebody off. Lied and said the trunk could not be opened...wow! And to think, I bought a total of 3 cars from these crooks!! They charged me $359 for a battery that I could have put in myself. I have yet to see the so called diagnostic that showed the computer needed to be reset for the convertible top! I filed a complaint and the manager was supposed to call me...NEVER DID!
