I rate my experience a five out of five. I recently took my Honda Pilot in for its first service visit and Timmy Siddons met me outside to expedite my drop-off. He was very professional and made my experience easy and pleasant! I strongly recommend West Broad Honda.
Horrible dealership and horrible salesmanship. The gentleman I met to buy a new Pilot 2017 was very cold and unresponsive. Got nothing handy on his own and for every question had to run to his manager. Not keen to offer a test ride, not keen to offer information when specific models would be in stock.
Seemed he didn’t get to eat turkey on thanks giving day so he was grumpy and didn’t smile. Lol.
I cut out west broad Honda from my options, possibly Honda too.
Horrible bunch of elitists
I enjoyed working with Tyler. He was knowledgeable and very polite. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.
Thank you Phil Noel an exceptional experience. Words cannot express how you made the process in buying a car painless. You are truly and man of integrity which is a rare find in this world. I will continue to recommend all that wish to buy a car come to see you. You deserve a HUGE BONUS.* * ********PLEASE NOTE, YOU DESERVE 10 STARS. FIVE STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH.
Sincerely and grateful,
DeAnna Ellison
My wife and I had a phenomenal experience at West Broad Honda. We were looking for a new Minivan for our family. Kevin Smith went through the details, knew we needed something to accommodate us and our 6 children. He bought around just the vehicle we needed. The buying experience was great Kevin and Conrad helped us tremendously over the course of 3 days.
This was a way while back when I owned at 2008 Honda Accord. The car was brand new when I bought it. The brakes on the accord went out on me, only after a year. Took it to West Broad Honda and they blamed it on my driving. What non-sense! Owned tons of cars (new and used) and I have driven all of them the same way, and none of the brakes gave up on me like this one. Lo and behold a year or two later, guess what? There was a recall or class action suit for the brakes. Because of the Honda brakes incident and your response, I converted from a Honda fan to a Toyota fan and haven't looked back.
I thoroughly enjoyed test driving and purchasing my new Honda Accord Touring. It is absolutely beautiful and the features are amazing. The sales team did a wonderful job working with me. Thank you.
This was my first time visiting West Broad Honda - and it will not be my last. I recently inherited a Honda and the service was top notch. I received a phone call when my vehicle was ready and the team was excellent to allow my car to stay over night while I was on work travel. The payment and pickup process was effortless and the young lady who assisted me was wonderful.
Be sure to come here for all of your servicing needs!
Salesman was great when we bought our cars at West Broad Honda. Customer Service since has been none existent to a nightmare. Honda road side assistance would willing strand a family on a highway in 100 plus degree heat and have absolutely no clue on what they are supporting.
Customer service is a suggestion, not a reality at West Broad Honda. Appointments mean literally that they will look at your car that day as your in queue, not that your car will be serviced at or near the appointment time. None of which is said when making the appointment.
We will be shifting our service else where that will still keep us in warranty.
I went in knowing my budget and what I was looking for and just interested in what kind of deal I could get in their "Hail Sale". Maybe it was just the salesman I was paired with, Patrick, but I feel like I wasn't taken seriously. Really seemed like he didn't feel like selling me a car that day. Apparently saying I was planning on paying cash up front wasn't enough for him to think I was serious. After a price came back on a hail damaged Civic that was still way out of my price range, I was told I could "look around at the used cars" to get more bang for my buck and anything that interested me he could "look up the price" when I found it. Sounds like a great way to waste my time picking out stuff on my own that it turns out I can't afford. I wish someone would have listened to what I wanted and my budget and pulled up an inventory or something to show me my options, especially because I was there on my lunch break so in a bit of a rush, but prepared to come back later that day to buy if something had interested me. Instead, I left and went to a different dealership in town that afternoon and the next day handed that dealership a check for my brand new car. Bummer for W. Broad Honda and for Patrick, but I feel pretty good about my decision.
I've come to West Broad Honda since I moved down here a year ago and had service on a 2011 CRV that is, unfortunately, no longer (due to an accident). I came into the dealership knowing what car I was looking for (Civic) and what features I needed/wanted. Marcus took my girlfriend and I right over to his desk and we started talking. I told him what I was looking for and he provided me with a couple of options and explained the different features that came with the car. He was very personable and I really liked having him as my guide into the new car world. He didn't try to force us into buying a higher model, or adding any expensive features onto the car I already had in mind. I'm extremely happy with my new car and will definitely continue to use West Broad Honda for my service and for any future Honda purchases.
Matt is an excellent service rep, he was able to reset the service indicator when it slipped the techs mind. Very friendly and professional. Parts department is great, many parts stocked. Tim Higgins is a tremendously impressive salesman. Focused on what you want as a customer, he's been great to my referrals. He knows his stuff from trim to incentives.
I have been going to this dealership for last 8 years even bought one vehicle from them. I was there this morning for a 30000 mile maintenance. The service rep seems nice and took the order. He printed the estimate and told me that it was something like $398. I asked him what am I getting for the price. His response was "no one has explained the details and pricing with you?" When I answered in negative, he took me to another service rep and asked him to explain. His first words are the 30000 mile service runs around $600. I said - "How come the estimate on the sheet is only $398? what is the rest?" His response, he did not run the parts number it is only labor - then he changed his statement to he ran only the parts number not the labor. I asked him to give me a printed quote to which he said he has to contact the parts department and let me know. I just had it. Never seen any dealership deal with their customer like this. So I walked from the dealership. Terrible services department. I had small issues before - this was really bad.
We thoroughly enjoyed the purchasing process at West Broad Honda. Right from web inquiry to driving the vehicle out the door it was a hassle-free and pleasant experience. This is our first HONDA vehicle - we enjoyed working with the sales person (Kevin Smith) who explained us the features, scheduled the test drive, worked with us on the color options, trade-in valuation and finally negotiated the pricing to get to what we were looking to pay. Very excited about the new car for our family!.. Thank you West broad Honda..
