  If 0 stars was a choice, I’d give them that. My primary care physician quit the practice over a year ago. Although I was told they were hiring a new doctor in the next “few weeks”, a year later, they have not. The crnp assigned to me, and not by my choice, is arrogant and all but incompetent. In issuing refills on medicines I have been on for years, he has screwed up the dosing on 3 in the last 6 months alone. Having had a lumbar fusion, I’ve been under the care of neurologist and pain management specialist since 1999, and have a yearly procedure done to help with the pain. My assigned NURSE felt that unless he could see me for a special appointment to see if he felt my two specialists were correct, that he was not able to send a referral to my insurance company for the procedure. I asked for an orthopedic second opinion, but again, the nurse wanted me to come in for a special appointment so he could decide if I needed a second opinion on a partial knee replacement at age 48. When I agreed to come in, but only if I could see an actual doctor, I was told they had none in th eoffice, ever, that one “occasionally reviewed patient files”when asked. Interestingly, my receipts all list my nurse as though. I could continue, but it only gets worse from here. NEVER put your health care in the hands of these folks. From lying office personnel, to lack of doctors, it’s the worst healthcare I have ever received. Fortunately, I was able to change primary care physicians from this nightmare to an actual doctor with an accommodating staff, who were appalled at the conditions of the Herr’s Ridgeb office.

  Horrible place Ive watched my wife deal with these people since Dr. Kratz fled them to a better place. Even now my wife is in agony. And the "nurse practioners" who are acting like Doctors actually prescribed her a drug she is allergic to. Shes only been going there for 20 years.
  
  Just an awful place which is crazy cuz we have the best insurance out there.
  Imo. Shoulda closed the doors when Dr. Kratz left.
  Turns out this something serious that your fancy "doc" overlooked and I wont rest till they shut your doors and revoke your little nurse license
  Giving this place 1 star is far far to generous.

  I am very upset and mad at this place they keep calling my house and my mom's cell while she is at work all they care about is getting money and some nurses are very rude there and made my mom cry i'm about to find a different dr office place there getting out of hand need to stop calling when we know what the situation is me and my mom are taking care of the situation so they need to stop calling we are handling it so leave us alone
