    We have used them (Brad Randall) as our property management when we had to move out of state. They've been great. Always quick to respond and we feel like they treat us more than just a number. Very personal and willing to do whatever we seem to ask. They are now about to list our property to sell, and we expect that to go well also.

    This is my first experience with a property management company — I have had nothing but an incredible experience with Welch Randall. They have been managing our property for close to 18 months. Very responsive to owner and renter inquiries. Consistent and superior service.

    Everyone that I worked with at Welch Randal was very kind and professional. I was in the process of signing a lease for one of the properties Welch Randall managed when the private owner (unattached to Welch Randall) of the property decided to sell it to a new owner. Welch Randall was very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience even though they had not caused the inconvenience themselves. They reimbursed the application fee and sent me a $50 gift card just because. I was very impressed with their quick response, kindness, and professionalism, especially after having dealt with some very unprofessional in inconsiderate landlords and management groups.

    Brad Randall is a supreme professional. My husband and I were looking for an agent to represent us on the sale of an investment property and simply didn't have time to be involved in any part of it. Brad handled every minor detail of the sale on his own, even going above and beyond to communicate with our current renter and property management group to ensure a smooth transition. It was all just so easy. He was able to get our property under contract for a great price in less than a week after it was formally posted, even after the market had cooled. Everything happened in the blink of an eye and so seamlessly, I assume partly due to the great staff at Welch Randall assisting him. He just got the job done quickly and was friendly, kind and professional throughout the process. We really appreciated having someone with such great experience do all the negotiating and take all the hassle out of selling a home for us. I would definitely hire Brad or Welch Randall again when we have another property to sell.

    Our experience with Welch Randall has been awesome! They handle issues quickly and efficiently.
    Update: I highly recommend Welch Randall. We rented a home through them for almost a year, they were great to work with. Alison was wonderful. They worked with us on a short term lease and allowed our dog without a lot of red tape.

    I have had a wonderful experience with Welch Randall. They are pretty organized and responsive in their service. Their online portal for tenants is extremely user friendly and convenient to use. Highly recommend their service to prospective homeowners and renters in the Utah valley.

    UPDATE: I have changed the stars from 4 to 5 because I haven't had any issues with them at all the last two years (since the last review was written). In fact, I have since purchased another rental property and they are taking great care of it. They communicate with me very well and answer any questions or concerns I have had. They respond promptly and professionally.

    I have been working with Welch Randall for almost four years now. They are the property management for my townhome in another city. They have been wonderful to work with! They are quick to respond to my questions and concerns regarding my property and keep me in the loop. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because there have been a few times where I wasn't informed about an issue until after the fact. Even then, they were very apologetic and completely took care of those issues. I just wanted to be more in the loop. I would recommend them to a friend.

    We love working with Welch Randall! The staff is very helpful and kind. We had been looking for something bigger that would accommodate our growing family and Welch Randall made our search easy. They are very organized and professional. My husband and I plan on staying for quite a long time now that we rent from a management company that cares.

    My experience with Welch Randall Real Estate has been a very positive one. Just one example...before Welch Randall, I consistently managed to get the snow shoveled off my driveway before the contracted business arrived to do what I had already paid for. Especially this winter with the heavy snowfall we received, I was pleased that the response from Welch Randall was immediate and effective, not only on my driveway but on the surrounding roads. The grounds are well groomed and look nice during the nice-weather months. I have found the Welch Randall staff to be friendly and helpful, pleasant to work with, and responsive to shared concerns and needs. I give an enthusiastic two-thumbs up!!

    We have worked with Alison throughout our rental process and she has been great. They have a simple payment system that is easy to navigate. Their app based interface allow for easy communication and quick response times related to any maintenance concerns.

    Okay, we all have credit issues from time to time. I had had a major medical issue that hit my credit report. About this time my landlord died of a sudden heart attack. His son wanted to sell and we had 30 days. Over a dozen different rental agencies rejected our rental applications ($50 per application avg). I was seriously worried about us becoming homeless even though I work hard and make a good income. They have a specific plan for people with credit issues. These guys worked with us. I do pay a bit more because of my credit issue. But I have my family in a beautiful house in a good neighborhood and I will never forget how this company helped us out. Friendly and helpful staff, online payment options, FAST maintenance request service. I love this company!

    UPDATE: It's been 6 months since I moved into the house. This company is very well organized. Their online Maintenance request system is efficient and fast. The contractors associated with Welch Randal are high quality. I am extremely satisfied!

    PRETTY SURE MOST OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKED! Check Yelp or other sources, they are no where near this "good."

    This is the most terrible company to rent from. If I can stop one of you from renting from this company this was worth it. Do not do it. Find someone else.

    You will be treated very poorly. You will be robbed of just the right amount to not sue.

    Periodic tenant inspections every few months where they come in and take pictures of all your stuff to document if you have caused any damage. They will show up anyway even when you schedule an alternate time with them, and they will just enter your home without you present.

    When I gave notice, they immediately scheduled a walk through during the moving/cleaning process, so they could start billing me for damage. (Seriously!)

    You will not be treated with kindness or respect from Alison.

    They made me pay up for rent and utilities for time I didn't even live there, the home owner was moving in before I was even out. After they gave me my list of charges, that I was agreeable with, they then dawdled on sending the check for several weeks. They then added many more trumped up charges and allegations. With no supporting documentation, and you can't fight them because it will cost you more to sue.

    Over my time with them I estimate that I paid over $52,000 with perfect payment history and gained no return respect whatsoever.

    There are many fair on honest companies that will work hard for your money and respect, this is not one of them.

    If you want responsive agents don't use Brody hyer.
    Took 3 days for him to answer his phone with no call back, I had to call the main office and the receptionist who was very nice told me to text him. So I did and he said that the property I was interested in already had someone that was going to apply so he wouldn't show it.
    I have never been treated so poorly by anyone that is trying to sell something.
    Brody is hands down one of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with.
    Would not recommend to anyone who needs somewhere to live within a month time frame because you will not hear anything from this company.
