No support for older machines. I used to like Holz-Herbought many machines from them over the years. I now have a new company and bought a used Holz-Her CNC router (similar to one I used to own). It's old, 1998, but in good condition. Battery died so memory was lost, needs data loaded, which I have, I just need some help. I got it mostly working, except I get an error when a tool change is called out. I would be happy to pay for support or have a technician come to my shop, but they won't even talk to me. They were rude when I called and said not to call them about this machine. Since it won't recognize the tool database, offsets don't work and the machine is basically useless. I am planning to buy a new machine next year, but it won't be from Holz-Her. I don't want a machine that has no value when it gets older.

We bought 5 Months ago a 7505 CNC and a the 1380 Edgebander.
Both Machines are great !!!
In the beginning there can me little overwhelming but after a while there become like riding a bike.
So far with some minor issues but what I really like is there employees service.
Hector and Octavio gave me there Phone number in case something happens.
Everytime when I have a issue with my CNC Hector is always right one and video call me to resolve any issues I have. He is being a lot of help for me.
I always can call Kevin as well when I have issues with the edgebanding he is great too. So far the company has improved with the Years. We have different busniesses with there machines and now the tech are really pro active and this is what you want.
I wanted to thank as well howard, Sam , Andy there are as well always really help full to schedule me techs when I need them and answering any questions I have.

Weinig has always been there for us , Weinig grinders, which we use last forever. The Germans make great equipment. Not the cheapest but well worth the investment. Our customers with Weinig Molders would easily say the same thing, Weinig is the standard. We have trained at the Mooresville facility , its clean and modern, nice show room, skilled and well trained folks down there.

We have two weinig/raimann machines currently and they’ve ran well for a long time! When you need service they call ahead to assess the problem, ship parts ahead of the tech arriving so there’s less down time. We use the Grinding services weekly and their service is prompt and the tooling is accurate. Quality products are produced from their machinery.
