  Before you order from this company. Get it in writing what the return shipping charges will be. They increased my return shipping charges by 70% in addition to the receipt-stocking fee. So, I will be refunded 40% of what I paid for a product that arrived smelling like basmati rice (and obviously not new). Pay an extra 5-10% and purchase from a reputable company with a reasonable return policy.

  I recently ordered a custom shelf unit. (it was an odd size that I was having trouble finding in the local stores) It was shipped out the day after I placed the order and arrived 2 days later. Customer service is via a chat link, (it's an Internet business) and I only needed to wait about a minute before they responded. Big thumbs up! :)

  We ordered plates online and then got an email indicating that our order was out of stock and that it had the potential to come in after our event. When we called the company a gentlemen by the name of Derrick answered. We told him our situation and asked for free upgrade on our shipping since their website did not indicate that they were out of stock. We felt that this was a minimal ask. He said he felt like the company did their part simply by notifying us via email of the possible delay. He said he was "not willing" to do that but was "happy" to cancel our order. A company who is happy to lose a sale and not willing to help their customers is a company I do not want to shop at again.
