  Absolutely horrible counter service. I understand they are wholesale. They move bulk. I still consider them to be one of the premier fastener houses in Central Fla. I'm sure they have many very happy customers. My experience lately has been awful. Counter personnel was rude and short giving no care or thought into our need with multiple techs iv sent over. I will not consider using them in future..

  This is the place to go for those hard to find fasteners and for bulk quantities. I've been coming here for about 15 years and have always received excellent service.
