    We bought an A Series from Watson’s in Kentwood, MI, and the customer service were great until they received our order and down-payment, then I was a personae non grata. We were so frustrated, we were ready to lose our deposit and find another dealer, but it seemed that Bullfrog only dealt with Watson’s or a subsidiary of Watson’s in Michigan, so we were stuck. After the hot tub was literally dropped off, the A7L that we bought had a faulty circulation pump. A week later a Watson’s repairman came out, but the workman that was sent out to replace the defective pump was not competent enough to fix it without causing other problems. Instead of making sure the hot tub worked, he left, and my husband needed to finish his job by emptying the air out of the other pump’s tubes. I would not recommend buying anything from Watson’s due to lack of customer service and competence nor a Bullfrog because of the lack of quality control from Bullfrog and lack of customer service from where Bullfrog products are sold.

    I recently purchased a new X8 Bullfrog Spa to replace the older CalSpa I also purchased from Watson's. Since the electrical hookup was completely different we needed an electrician to wire it - no problem. It finally got wired and filled and we discovered that the heater and control pad did not work. Both pumps and the lights worked fine. I tried to call Watson's repeatedly but you cannot even leave a message until they open. So, I had to take the day off from work to get this taken care of. I was finally able to get a hold of the service department when they opened at 10 am and spoke with David. He was great! He tried to walk me through solutions over the phone and since they didn't work he was very apologetic and said he would be out to service it in the afternoon. At 4:00 pm I called the store to make sure he was still coming and was told that he was. At 5:30 David called and said his manager would not allow him to come because it would be overtime. He was willing but his manager said no and he would have to come out on Monday to service. I tried to call the Grand Rapids store to discuss with the service manager. It was then I found out that Brandon, the service manager is in the Dayton Ohio store and was no longer available. I left him a message and was not happy. I again called the Grand Rapids store to try to talk to a store manager, again no management level people present. Josh tried to call a couple of different managers and couldn't get any response. He again called to apologize.
    After spending several thousand dollars on a hot tub, this is the level service that is acceptable to management at Watson's. It's a brand new spa that doesn't work and we will just have to wait until it fits in their schedule to use it for the first time. All of the people I have dealt with at Watson's from sales to delivery to David, the service man and Josh have been great! The management team seems to be really lacking in customer service.
    I am anxious to see if there is even a response from any level of management at Watson's.

    Lots of space to move around. Great help and nice small spot for kids to jump off into the pool. The entrance is pretty expensive ($20) than others. Well worth if you understand that the neighborhood is nice and safety is top priority with many lifeguards ready.

    I would give this store a zero. Never will I step foot in here again. General manager Chad messed up our order and did not call to tell us. Company they use as supplier messed up on their end and again no call from Watons. Ordered furniture May 29th...said it was in last night finally after I called and not them. I arrive today to find out my order was screwed up and only half was there. I demanded full refund and got it. Wasted my time and now summer is more than half over. :-(

    Great variety, expensive though and best during sales. New workers in sales and service really need better training though. I have received the wrong information on several occasions from newbies who would rather assume than confirm the answers.

    I would give zero star's. Promised everything about the pool was guaranteed but, that is not the case. 2 days after they installed the pool I finished filling with water. Went for a swim and stepped on a sharp object. Called Watson's and they said it's not their problem. They said take something flat and push it down so I did. I said if this creates a leak you will replace it? They said no only if it occurs on the seam. Their only solution they would give me a patch. These people will tell you everything is guaranteed until you need them to make good on it. Beware of these slimy salespeople.

    I had an experience that put Watson's willingness to stand behind their products and the customer to the test. Chad (General Manager) and Kevin (sales) were fantastic. Our outdoor set literally started falling apart after a few months; it took some time, but Chad and Kevin made things right. They went above and beyond in helping us get into another outdoor patio set. I've also had nothing bus positive experiences with them for our hot tub and pool supplies.

    This 100% reinforced what I had heard: when you buy from Watson's, you're buying way more than the product. You're buying peace of mind that, if anything goes wrong, they will stand behind you. I cannot recommend more highly choosing Watson's for your outdoor furniture, hot tub, pool supplies etc.

    Purchased a foosball table and air hockey table the day after Christmas. Air hockey table scoring doesn't work and puck retrieval pockets were put on wrong. Foosball table has issues as well that must be addressed. Called to request service on our new products and have been scheduled for two Mondays in a row with no service techs showing up either time. Plan to call again to schedule a third appointment to have our new products repaired. We are beyond disappointed and frustrated.

    What a great group of guys and gals at the Grand Rapids, Michigan store! Very courteous and helpful. Special shout out to my salesman John! I live in Chicago and this Watsons location had the very hard to find item I was looking for plus at a fantastic price. No local store in my area had the item and ordering it involved a minimum 4 week wait! Watsons to the rescue! John was kind enough to put the item on hold (last one) for me and I drove the 2 and a half hours to pick it up. Easy peasy! Thanks guys!

    We would like to express our gratitude to 2 Watson's employees, Rob and Gage, for service above and beyond the expected. This team installed our new pool liner ahead of schedule last June, then returned promptly when called in September for diagnosis and repair issues.

    We use Watson's for all of our pool stuff. We bring in some water and they give us the recipe for bring it back to perfect. This summer with all the rain we were getting clear then green, then cloudy. I wish I had talked to the Gal there earlier in the year. Two days after our visit (last half of August) she looks at our sample and told us exactly how to bring it back to clear. Within two days it was better then it had been the whole summer. It looks so clear and blue now, I really wish that we did not have to close it.

    I usually buy my pool and spa supplies at Watsons. They have lots a fun outdoor and indoor furniture there. Its a great place to walk around and check it all out. Unfortunately its not the respected place it used to be. Be very careful buying anything there and do your homework on pricing first. Ive been lied to a few times by shifty sales people there.
