I have been employed by Waterworks for appx 4 years now and they are one of the most loyal companies ever. We do everything within reason to rectify any mistakes (even if its a manufacturer issue not directly related to us). They have great loyalty to their employees as well.

We bought a house that has an above-ground pool that was installed by Waterworks. The pool is less than 3 years old. Tiny holes are appearing in odd spots on the walls. This pool is used very little like maybe twice a month. So far I have found two holes which drained the water down to about 2 feet in a 4 foot pool. After finding these tiny holes, I have had to add water and then chemicals and go through that.
Since no one is hardly using it, I called them. The lady told me that here is only a one year warranty on the liner. I've had pools before and realized that liners should last longer than that. She told me several people were calling about holes in their liners. I feel these liners are cheap. It's too bad they couldn't charge a little more for a quality liner. I will not use their services again if the quality of the product is not good. Know what you are getting before you buy.response / report this review -

Waterworks did a great job with my gunite pool install. The installation crew was always courteous and went above and beyond to do a great install. The service department has been very responsive and I continue to use there service to maintain my pool. I can gladly recommend Waterworks for service and pool installation.

I had a great experience with Waterworks. Michael and the rest of the staff at the store are knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Big Mike has trained the best group of guys for installation. Billy, Chris, Jim and Matt were prompt and did a great job. They took their time making sure that I understood how everything worked. I'm happy I chose them and I'm sure they will be getting more business from me in the future.

For anyone interested or planning to install a pool or are in the process of deciding where to go.look no further than Waterworks Pools & Spas in Sumter, SC. Prior to installing my pool I spent a lot of time reading reviews, visiting each of the local stores, talking with sales personnel and comparing those results as well as the price. I chose Waterworks - hands down! They took the extra time to explain every aspect of installing the pool as well as owning and caring for a pool. In addition, they helped me design the decking and landscaping around the pool and supplied excellent local contractor information to complete the work. The store is always busy..for good reasonas they are dedicated to their customers before, during and after the sale and installation. Check out their work and installations.and you'll agree.
