We stayed in room 315. we got moved to here from another place due to issues of the other condo. We walked in and it was the size we needed but when it came to going to sleep my husband and I payed for a queen size bed but due to being moved we didnt have a choice of alot. So this room had a full size bed the bed was uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress were bad. The mattress needs to be changed. The decor etc is out dated which is fine just a thought to the owners to maybe make a few updates. The pull out couch mattress is dirty and either needs a deep clean or a new one. The shower in the master needs some care as the door sticks and the shower its self is getting old and is in need of some maintenance. The parking ramp is nice to have as you can park on the level of your room but the parking spots are very small and even for a small suv it was a pain to park next to someone or park by a beam its almost like you either need to take 2 spots or park in the 2nd row and park forward so you can get in and out of your car. We had only 2 nights here and on the night before we left I got up in the middle of the night and turned on the bathroom light and a cockroach ran for the bathroom. We got up and packed and left right away in the morning.

Parking spots are too small for a bigger vehicle. They were painting and updating which is a good thing! If we come back to Okaloosa Island, I'd stay here again. Depending who you book with, you can get free golf, free dolphin cruise, free snorkeling. Good bang for the buck.

Nice, clean, not cheap, with an excellent location right on the beach. Few days the ocean was a little rough for my kids so was nice to have the big pool there. We had a great time!

We stayed at Water Edge 105, it was by far the worst condo I have ever stayed in. We arrived on Saturday to check in and the first thing I noticed was that the floors hadn't been vacuumed. The carpets were so stained and so filthy I did not want my family to walk on them without shoes on. I called Southern Resorts the afternoon we checked in and told them; they offered to come and vacuum floor for us, I explained that I was able to do that. On Monday, I called again about the dirty floors and Tuesday someone finally came and shampooed the carpets. The downside of that was we then had wet carpets to walk on for the next day. We had four young children with us, which made having wet carpets a disaster. The ceilings in the living room and dinning area were covered with dust. I ended up having to clean them because I was afraid the dust would fall on the table while we ate since it was directly over the table. The pull out couch had the sheets on them and were dirty, and left on there from who ever stayed in there previously. There was food all behind the trash can. I had to clean the walls around that area because they had stuff on them. We looked under the bed in one room and it had trash and wads of hair under it as well as under the night stand. We also found someone's shirt, shorts, and panties in one of the bedrooms. My family has been vacationing in Destin for the past 10 years and this is BY FAR the worst condo we have stayed it. It was absolutely filthy! I would not recommend anyone staying in this condo!
