Pretty good one stop shop outlet mall. They have a ton of stores, but on our last trip I noticed a lot of the stores were empty, which was a bit unusual for Waterloo Outlets. They still have all the popular retailers like Coach, Nike, Adidas, Eddie Bauer etc.

As the name suggests it is a premium outlet. All the big brands, I would say mid range one are here. They do run different kinds of sales all year round which gives a best bet to get some good stuff at cheap price. It's a bit spread out and since there is only single floor we need to walk around a little bit.

Stay away from the Reebok store. We went in and looked around and the whole time there were 3 sales associates standing at the check out counter talking to each other--totally ignoring us. I know they saw us as we were the only customers in the store and we walked right by them. If u want shoes with awesome customer service go to the Famous Footwear Outlet in this mall. We were greeted the minute we walked through the door, asked what we were looking for, was helped to find what we were looking for and then when we checked out (separately) not only were the shoes I bought on sale ($54.99) from the shelf price ($61.99) but I was given an additional $10 off my purchase for signing up for their emails--so I got a $62 pair of shoes for $45 plus tax!!! Now, to me, that is a good deal and the customer service was awesome!!! it's how customer service should be!!! The Reebok store has forever lost my business because of their lazy sales associates. I will be buying my next pair of shoes at the Famous Footwear Outlet Store at the Outlet Mall in Waterloo.

Large outlet mall with reasonable prices which has extra Columbus Day savings. Always buy from a couple of key stores even if only small purchases some times. Even though must travel down toll road to get to it, it is always a destination during our trips to this area.

Nike outlet is amazing. As well as the Old Navy outlet. Great deals. Other stores that are there..
Ehhhh not so much. Food court is VERY small. Not very good either

Go every year for school clothes and shoes. The food court could use some improvement for sure, but the stores always have great deals! The Nike store is the best! 4 pairs of shoes for $80 and 1 of them were Jordans!

With how much money this place brings in they could really update the food court to have a larger number of better choices and more seating. Maybe even have bathrooms throughout the mall rather than just in the food court. The stores are great! The deals are worth it! But being located in the middle of nowhere, the food choices and bathrooms are all I could see that could use some work.

Didn't do the entire outlets. Found good bargains in the stores I did shop. Also went to the "Big Greek" for lunch. Had fantastic food, however there was a 15 minute wait due to lines. The food was definitely worth the wait. Went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.

So so selection. Outlet stores sell items specifically for outlets. I found better stuff at density USA at Lord and Taylor and regular retail stores.

Good quality outlet stores. Pretty easy to get to on the NYS Thruway and it is reasonably priced at most stores. The smell of the manure from a nearby farm is the only negative about this place. The food court could use some new blood, as well.

One of the best Outlet malls. They had some of the best deals we got on our trip to Rochester during Black Friday sale. We missed first 2 days of sale as we listened to the hotel staff, that there are no good deals in Outlet Mall. On our way back we stopped by for couple of hours and we found they have much better deals than malls anywhere in Rochester. We regret not going there first or second day. Due to time constraint we visited only first few stores and found best prices on clothing, kitchen utensils sunglasses etc. Go with your guts, don't listen to hotel receptionists.
