Our water heater exploded at 3am and flooded the entire first floor..water damage pro were the ONLY people that answered at 3am. Not only did they walk us through the basics, they sent someone out immediately and idk what I would have done without them!! They also took care of any chance of mold growth which was my main concern after all of the water damage and had no problem walking us through each step as they went! These guys are quick, informative, respectful, and patient!!! Thank you so much!!!

My experience with Water Damage Pro was excellent. They are a prime example of what a service company should be like when assisting their customers. They quickly neutralized the existing water damage issues inside my home and provided mold remediation services to the mold that was identified during the water damage repair and cleanup process.

I called Water Damage Pro after finding them on Google. I quickly got an appointment and a quote from a specialist near me in Minneapolis. After everything was dry they repaired the damaged hardwood floors and walls with new materials that turned out great. I recommend the efficiency and seriousness of Mr Halverson and his teams.

I had a wonderful experience with Water Damage Pro Minneapolis. They did a great job removing flood water in our basement.. Dan was informative, thorough and fast acting. They worked with our insurance and got a large claim approved so we didn't have to pay for the damages and repair. If you need any of their services, do not hesitate to use them. Highly recommended.
