The staff at Watchdog Storage has always been very helpful, especially Stephanie, who has gone beyond her job description and given excellent customer service. It seems a very safe and secure place also.

Went in to help my girlfriend out and pay on her storage. These guys fraudulently set me up on automatic payments without my consent and charged me extra fees twice! Stefani even admitted to putting me on automatic payments without my conesnt. Stated it was an accident, I don't know how you can accidently set someone up for auto billing, when you have to confirm it. Now its effecting my banking and actual auto payments and other bills I needed the money for. They said they would fix it and have not done anything.
Now I have to go through legal matters and had to file a fraud case with my bank, cause of their actions. Stay away from this place!response / report this review -

We have several units here and have had them for years. It's been a very secure and convenient, there was a few small billing hiccups with the change over to the new owners but they were resolved quickly. Stephanie has answered all our questions and has been very helpful.

Rented a Uhaul here. It was ok, they were pretty helpful, but it took a call to the regional folks to get things sorted out (they weren't going to have the truck there on time) but after a few quick calls it all worked out.
They seemed nice enough at the office. The units looked pretty clean and organized but I have never had one here.response / report this review -

Seriously the worst new storage unit management ever!! We've been there for 4 years without any problems - all of a sudden it got bought out and the new management company is ridiculous. We've had our rent on auto pay - they didnt withdraw the funds and then they tell us that they're going to charge us fees for nonpayment, and take over our unit if we don't pay and this is happened several times in the last year. I've gotten three letters in the last two years telling me that they haven't raised prices in the last 12 years since being built and yet those three times they were raising prices - each time. They just over locked us out of our units for having two locks which of been there for the past four years, without a single request to remove them in a polite way. Do not store your stuff here !!!!!

Mixed feelings on this place so a mixed three-star review. I had had spaces here over the last 6 years a couple times, under the old ownership the prices were good and upkeep was great. The new manager (woman with Dutch name, sorry I forget) is awesome, very helpful and upbeat.
It's the new owners I don't like, they jacked up my space rent over 20% and apparently they won't plow snow unless there's 4" on the ground. This place is incredibly slick and drainspouts drip water that turns into VERY SLIPPERY ICE in the wintertime.response / report this review -

Ridiculous. The owner took hours to remove the previous customers lock from our unit. We shared the unit with a froend in need of help who wasnt aware of the nonsmoking rule. She told him he was banned from the property. She informed me he would not be allowed back onto the premesis and was blocking the passcode and noone would be allowed in until i changed the passcode. Her coworker allowed him onto the premises with tje old pass code. I was completely unaware he had emptied his property as a result she charged me the 80 dollars rental a 25 dollar smoking fee a 15 dollar littering fee for the friend she assured us wouldnt be let back on the property as he would not have the code. She is extremely unprofessional it is closed weekdays 3 to 4 hour periods so u have to make one than one trip to handle your bill questions or business does not return phone calls promptly if at all. This is by far the absolute worst experience ive ever had with renting a storage unit. If you value ypur money time and want to work with professionals watchdog storage is not where you want to rent a unit

I like this place it's clean and very secure and the storage attendant that lives on the property won't bother you every time you show up like snooping around trying to see what you're up to. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they raise their darned prices. Now it's almost expensive. But they are the cleanest storage facility I've ever been to so I guess it's worth it.

We've had a good experience with Watch Dog! They have always been very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and safe. Its easy to get to and they are well lit. Highly recommended.
