The employees at Wastebox have been nothing but professional. It is rare to find a business so willing to work with customers. Understanding and willing to do everything in their power to help you get the job done. Dumpsters are always dropped off when stated and communication is given through out the entire process. Prices are very competitive with all other waste removal services. The costumer service puts them above the rest. I rented twice from here. Great experience. Everyone was nice and professional. No nickel and diming. Upfront pricing and they deliver and pickup when expected. A lot of the other companies I contacted had extra fees and fuel surcharges on top of prices that were a bit higher then here. If I ever need a dumpster in the future this is where I will rent.

The people at WasteBox are amazing! I run a local business in town and use them all the time! I also used them when I built my dream home! GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT SERVICE! I read some of the reviews and noticed the only negative reviews are from someone complaining about employees giving reviews I think employee reviews are the MOST important reviews. A thankful, happy staff is most employers dreams. Whoever is complaining about employee reviews, sounds like they have an unhappy business or a competitor. Every business has them! We should be working together as business owners anyway, WasteBox has always helped us in a pinch, have always been kind, and have always picked up our mess! lol!

Highly recommend the WasteBox team! This was my first time renting a dumpster and they far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was pleasant, they were happy to answer questions, and the pricing was the most competitive I was able to find in the area. With no hidden fees, either - the price they quoted is the price they charged. Art was a true professional when he came to drop off the dumpster and was careful with my driveway and accommodating in where I wanted it placed. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
