  You never know with WM. I’m sitting here with a full can on Friday and pickup day is on Tuesday. I auto pay and can’t fathom how my garbage can be missed. My large pickup was taken but not my can. How?? This has happened multiple times over the years.

  155 bucks to dump a couch. Unbelievable. There’s no way to know that you’ll be charged outrageous prices until you get there. Who can actually afford to dump here? Lol

  recycling??
  If recycling is good then I would rather pay a deposit and collect that myself (or not) than have to pay more for rubbish. I never see an explanation of the economics of my recycling. I hate to pay and the only explanation is I should feel good because I did my part! I want to see the money trail.

  We are happy with the service. We never have to play chase our garbage can or lid down the alley or pick up dropped garbage. The best provider we've ever had.
