Did a nice job on my car. Got all the road grime and bugs off from a thousand mile trip. Christopher did a good job a QC. Only drawback was they were a little slow.

Horrible place to work and to be a customer. They only care about how fast you wash or detail cars. They only care about money. They also treat their employees terribly!!!!! They do NOT give employees a lunch break even if you work 8-10 hours or more a day!!!!! This is actually very illegal. OSHA Arizona State Department could easily shut them down for practicing illegal ways of how they carry their business or run their business. Not to mention there are many other Arizona state departments that can shut them down, especially Federal departments can shut them down for violating federal laws. Arizona state department can also shut them down like I said. Their policies actually violate state laws and federal laws!!!!!

Three fails. First two it took a hour and a half to complete my wash. I watched cars come and go while I watched some guy stare at mine like he wasn't sure what it was. Third time was a full detail, they didn't write my number down right so they sent the sheriff to my house to threaten an impound.

Update: took my work truck up. Work paid for it. Another fail. Call me crazy but when some one say x number of dollars to clean your car, I expect it to come back clean. Or at least reasonably so

Needs to be speedier service. In the big city, your in and out of these type of car washes in 15 minutes, with the same type of service and cleanliness. Gang four persons on a vehicle that comes out, each focused on a certain task, boom your done.

These guys are ridiculously good. Only complaint? They take a long time to make sure you vehicle comes out perfect. They go the extra mile. No one else comes close.

The service is SLOW and there is no coordination or lead person. Attendant appeared stoned. When I asked when they would get the bugs off my grill he said I should have told the salesman who checked me in. The stoner tried a cute flip in the air of my antenna and he dropped it. The gal at the counter has no obvious purpose and was busily stuffing a new piece of gum in her mouth when I went to ask her a question. The service menu is WAY TOO COMPLICATED. Do not go there!!!

They did a fantastic job of detailing and waxing; customer service was excellent and the prices were really good. Definitely my choice from now on for all 3 of our vehicles.

They did a great job cleaning my car and removing all the bugs from the grill. There work at 18 dollars was far better then the work I have done in El Paso, Texas for 30 dollars. I am very pleased with there work. Glad Sierra Vista finally got a good car wash.
