  Wasatch IT is amazing! Our system needed a major upgrade and was days away from crashing. The team at Wasatch IT saved us! They worked with our budget and is helping with each step as our organization grows. I recommend them to other businesses as often as possible

  The tech support at Wasatch IT have always been great. They are equally nice and helpful whether I have an issue/difficulty because of a network/email/computer/software problem or a user error. I have not ever been made to feel dumb when talking with them about my problems. I get follow up phone calls to make sure a problem has been resolved a day or two later and it is nice to know that they care if I can do my work or not.
  
  If they are unable to fix a problem over the phone and remoting into my computer they will come and work on the problem in person. They are friendly and professional and I really appreciate that.
  
  I also really appreciate that if I have had Sean or Spencer work on something for me, I can call and ask for them to help me and the others don't get offended. IF the tech who worked on my computer is not available for some reason, Wasatch keeps notes on the work they have done on my computer and another tech can jump in and help at anytime. It is the best of both worlds.

  My company is a small consulting firm specializing in helping small to medium sized construction companies better estimate and manage their commercial projects. My client base spans the entire country with most of my clients on the east coast. It is very important that I be able to communicate with my clients and get them data as though I was "just down the hall". Justin Fleming with Wasatch I.T. has been outstanding in assisting me achieve that goal. Extremely courteous and always friendly with high caliber customer service. I would easily recommend Wasatch I.T. to any who may need their service

  Chris Reid at Wasatch I.T., helped our law firm through an extensive Microsoft audit in 2012. He did an excellent and efficient job, with the end result being a successful audit with no problems. Wasatch IT maintains our software licensing, upgrades, and other related issues, and they have done a superb job for us. This really helps our firm stay in compliance, and gives us the extra security and peace of mind, knowing that we will not have any licensing issues.
  
  Chris' customer service is to the point, very friendly, and accurate. We appreciate his professionalism and the other great folks at Wasatch IT, including Spencer Ferguson and Trevor Brandol. Thanks guys!!!

  I'm the IT Manager for a Law Firm in Salt Lake City with about 150 users. I have been using Wasatch IT for about seven or eight years. I buy all my software from Wasatch IT because they can answer any software licensing questions. Chris Reid is our contact and he is super friendly. Last year we had a software audit from Microsoft and Wasatch Software took care of most of the leg work for the whole audit. I can't thank them enough for making that go smooth. Highly recommend using one vendor for all you companies software purchases. Try out Wasatch IT. You won't find a more knowledgeable group and they have always gone out of there way to get things done quick.
