Don't waste your time. Took mower which was under warranty because belt kept coming off. They said it was a bracket issue and was fixed. Brought home, made 3 swipes and belt came off again. Made another trip there only to be told they saw no reason it should be coming off and there was no need to leave it. I asked what happens if it comes off againand the reply was "put it back on". Wowtotally unsat. Ended up having Tractor Supply send it to their repair center, which i should have done in the beginning. Bad attitude/bad language!

I have been dealing these boys for years. They do not beat around the bush, and give you a fake answer about equipment. If your equipment is wore out they actually tell you, and explain to you what is going on. They are always on the money. I have never caught them in a lie. My father has been dealing with them for years, and actually when daddy was cutting timber for a living he bought his first Stihl 044 chainsaw from them. They have got experience on equipment going back into the early 50's. If they can't find the parts for some of this good ole stuff, it normally means it is not out there no more.

Do not use this business. Their repairs do not fix the problem and their dishonest handling of their customers is known throughout the community. I had a weed eater that was 26 years old and had never had any problems with it running. I took the weed eater in earlier this year to have the carburetor worked on because it was beginning to run rough. They rebuilt the carburetor. I took the weed eater home and used it 4 times and each time it was difficult to start and would not continue to run when under a load. I took it back to have it corrected. They once again rebuilt the carburetor but charged me for the parts and labor. They said it was my fault because I used ethanol gas in the weed eater. I do NOT use ethanol gas only non-ethanol gas in all of my tools. Then they said I should run it once a week, whether I use it or not and use special fuel additives. Never did that in the previous 26 years and it ran just fine. It's sad that a business owner does not care for his customers. I had some other tools set to come in; a lawn mower and chainsaw but due to his dishonest business practices and poor repair service, he'll never see me again.
